Recently, China Telecom Guangxi Branch and ZTE completed the first NQI(Network Quality Insight) network anomaly detection application based on uSmartNet intelligent platform in China, which marked that Guangxi Telecom's network quality monitoring entered a brand-new intelligent era, and this application was the first in the industry.

NQI's network change detection function is very different from the previous manual service with low efficiency and untimely response. It can provide 7*24 network key indicators monitoring, and the monitoring granularity can be increased to 15 minutes once, so as to automatically discover network operation problems and root causes.

It is worth mentioning that by setting NQI background tasks, sudden changes in network indicators can be found in time. Once an indicator deteriorates or fluctuates abnormally, the system will notify the monitor as soon as possible. At the same time, the system will automatically correlate network management alarm information, historical operation records, KPI and other data, quickly determine the affected sites or communities, analyze and give the root cause of KPI deterioration, and complete the problem location. NQI can compress the whole analysis and positioning time within 10- 15 minutes, which is 4-5 times more efficient than the traditional index change analysis.
