According to official data, Zhiji Automobile is a user-oriented automobile technology company, which is committed to becoming "the implementer of travel change in the intelligent era" and realizing "software-defined automobile".

At the level of business value model, Smart Car draws lessons from the Internet concept and emphasizes that user data drives enterprise value.

In terms of business, Zhiji Automobile will launch a high-end luxury electric smart car based on a new electronic and electrical architecture. The new architecture opens up the ECU controller with high correlation between the whole vehicle and the driving experience from the bottom, which integrates the customer scene with the car perception and supports users' high customization.

Zhizao Automobile has set up its own Intelligent Travel Research Institute to build an international R&D system of "one horizontal and three vertical". According to the announcement issued by SAIC on 26th, the Group plans to establish "Shanghai Yuan Jie Intelligent Technology Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Zhangjiang Hi-Tech and Hengxu Capital * * * to invest in high-end intelligent pure electric vehicle projects. The total subscribed capital contribution of the Fund is RMB 7.2 billion, of which SAIC contributed RMB 5.399 billion. The fund also plans to jointly invest in Zhiji Automobile with Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. The fund invested this time is still in the process of establishment.

According to Shanghai Automotive News, in this project, SAIC contributed about 5.4 billion yuan, Pudong Zhangjiang contributed 654.38+0.8 billion yuan, and Ali contributed 2.8 billion yuan. After completing the first round of financing, bosom friend automobile has become a tens of billions of automotive technology companies.

SAIC said that this investment is conducive to establishing a win-win and sustainable strategic cooperative relationship. The follow-up meeting will cooperate with Internet companies, technology companies and travel platforms including Ali to introduce more social capital.

At present, there are more than 200 members of the confidant automobile project, half of whom are from SAIC and the other part are employees of the cross-border automobile industry.
