Investigation on wild medicinal plant resources of Compositae in Fushun area of Gaoershan.

Abstraction. Based on the investigation of wild compositae plant resources in Gaoershan, 20 species of compositae medicinal plant resources and their medicinal experience and progress in recent years were reported. The resources such as Solidago, Solidago, Atractylodes lancea, Xanthium sibiricum, Taraxacum mongolicum, Eclipta prostrata and Centipede are put forward. Some plants have antihypertensive, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, while others have obvious pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor, anti-infection and anti-virus, which should be developed and applied emphatically. It is suggested to protect wild compositae plant resources and improve the quality of medicinal plants.
