(1) According to the actual situation of our school, we should carefully study the characteristics and laws of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and formulate practical measures to encourage and support college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, such as project review, use of venture capital, incentive measures for entrepreneurship, conversion of venture credits, suspension from school and entrepreneurship.
(2) Organize students to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions held by Heilongjiang Province, Mudanjiang City and schools, provide a stage and build a platform for college students to turn their whimsy into real products, help students make good plans for entrepreneurial projects, improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability through competitions, promote the transformation of achievements, and improve entrepreneurial projects;
(3) According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education, the third week of September every year is designated as "School Maker Week", and a street for college students' entrepreneurship is set up every year when freshmen enter school to build a platform for students' entrepreneurship;
(4) With the help of innovation and entrepreneurship strategic alliance of college students in Aimin District of Mudanjiang City, with entrepreneurship training guidance and entrepreneurship practice as the main activities, guide students to establish a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship, improve their comprehensive quality, and provide more employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for students;
(5) Vigorously carry out the second classroom activities of innovation and entrepreneurship, support students to form innovation and entrepreneurship associations and maker spaces, hold lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship, carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practices, cultivate students' interest in entrepreneurship, and provide free professional training for college students with entrepreneurial will and training needs;
4. Strengthen the base construction and improve the effectiveness of the double innovation work.
(1) Further improve the construction of entrepreneurial bases such as college students' pioneer park, animation production center, Xinhua Travel Agency and WeChat business training room to guide and help college students to start businesses better;
(2) Make full use of Mudanjiang University Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategic Alliance Platform established by Aimin District Government of Mudanjiang City, select some promising student entrepreneurship projects to settle in the maker space under the alliance, and strive for technical and financial support from entrepreneurs and enterprises;
(3) Do a good job in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship base of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.
Mudanjiang University cooperated with Mudanjiang City Federation of Trade Unions to establish a 630-square-meter innovation and entrepreneurship base and set up a platform for college students' entrepreneurship.
