Internship summary 1:

In a blink of an eye, the three-week food teaching practice is over. During this period, I gained a lot, and I also learned a lot. The life of junior year is drawing to a close, and it is the only way for us to improve our ability to apply what we have learned in class to practice. This internship provides us with a good opportunity.

During my internship, I got a deeper understanding of the barreled water production line, beverage production line, dairy production line and baking production line. More importantly, we came into contact with the common equipment in food production. In the past, we could only understand the working principle and structure of food equipment through books and pictures on the teacher's PPT in class, but in practice, we can take apart the machine to learn more. This opportunity is precious, so I cherish this internship.

What you get on paper is so shallow that you never know what you have to do. During my short internship, I deeply felt my shallow knowledge and lack of professional knowledge in practical application. I have studied the production of dairy products and fruit wine in class, but when it comes to the purpose and principle of some specific processes, my knowledge is still very vague and cannot be accurately expressed. For example, we know the function of diatomite filtration, but we don't know the working principle of its equipment. At the same time, I realized the importance of knowledge of food machinery and equipment. During our internship, there was a problem with the diatomite filter. However, there is nothing we can do. Because we don't understand its principle and structure, we can only worry but can't do anything about it. Although the study of mechanical equipment is boring for a girl, her interest lies in training. Theoretical knowledge is the foundation. Without the accumulation of knowledge, it is impossible to achieve a qualitative breakthrough.

Through this internship, I concluded that as a college student majoring in food, we should pay attention to the strengthening of knowledge and awareness in view of the development status and prospects of the food industry:

(A) to strengthen the study of professional basic knowledge

Professional foundation is like the foundation when building a tall building. If the foundation is not well laid, it will be lost one day. The higher the foundation is built, the heavier the loss will be. These basic knowledge and textbooks are not useless or profound, but the foundation we must master. Learning is based on internal skills. Without solid internal skills, it is impossible to become a master only by focusing on moves. Food science and engineering involves knowledge of microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry and machinery, which requires us as undergraduates majoring in food to master and understand these knowledge. Only on the basis of firmly mastering the basic knowledge can we conduct in-depth research and application. All technological and ideological innovations are based on the expansion and extension of professional basic knowledge. So be down-to-earth and lay a solid foundation.

We should cultivate the ability to think independently, work independently and solve problems independently in social practice. By participating in some practical activities, we can consolidate the theory we have learned and increase some knowledge and skills that books can't learn. Because the ability to transform knowledge into reality depends on practical experience and exercise.

In this internship, I deeply realized this. I found it easy to forget what I learned in class after a long time, but I was very impressed after doing it myself. In the "soft drink" class, the teacher introduced us to the production process of pure water, but I never wrote it down. But through practice and hands-on operation of the whole production line, I have a thorough understanding of the production technology and equipment of pure water. This is an irreplaceable role of practice.

You can do part-time jobs in winter and summer vacations, which is not necessarily related to your major. In practice, it is mainly to improve their communication skills and learn the skills of interpersonal communication and dealing with people. We can see our own value in interpersonal communication. ? As students majoring in food, we should cultivate green safety awareness, enhance our sense of responsibility, and always put food safety first in our daily study and future work. For a food enterprise, innovation can include many aspects: technological innovation, institutional innovation and ideological innovation can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs; Institutional innovation can make the daily operation of enterprises more orderly and easy to manage, and at the same time get rid of some disadvantages of the old system. Ideological innovation is more important.
