How soon will Suning receive an interview notice?

Some enterprises can receive the interview results within 3-7 days after the interview, and some enterprises need 2 weeks. After confirmation, HR will discuss the employment time with the talents and send the employment notice.

1) When an enterprise recruits a position, it will arrange multiple candidates for interviews and comparative evaluation. If the interview arranged by the individual is ahead, it may take longer;

2) After the interview, select the best candidates from within the enterprise and determine the probation salary according to the internal salary structure of the enterprise;

3) After the salary is determined, it needs internal process approval, and the heads of all departments sign for confirmation or process approval;

4) After confirmation, all personnel shall contact the talents, confirm the date of employment, the materials to be brought, and send the employment notice;

5) It is suggested that talents can continue to interview other companies while waiting for the interview results, so as not to delay employment.

6) After waiting for 5 working days without receiving the notice, you can take the initiative to call for the results of the personnel interview.
