Li Dajiang, a student majoring in welding technology and automation 1573 1 class in the School of Materials and Architecture Engineering of our college, enrolled in Shaanxi Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd. in September 20 17, and worked in the clamp welding factory of Shaanxi Aircraft Company in 20 18. During his school years, Li Dajiang achieved excellent results and won many honors such as "Three Good Students" and "National Inspirational Scholarship".

During his work in Shaanxi Flying, Li Dajiang worked with his master to produce and equip engine supports. Now Li Dajiang can independently operate CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, covered electrode arc welding, four-roll plate bending machine operation, cylinder longitudinal seam welding machine operation, special equipment operation and so on, and obtain relevant operation certificates. At the same time, he also made his own hand-held rotary tools, improved the plate rack and copier car, and put forward the dust collection method of grinding wheel cutting machine.

In improving the quality of high-temperature gas pipeline, he upgraded the original three-level weld to two-level weld, and the pass rate of X-ray flaw detection was 100%. He won the excellent prize of fitter skill competition and the second prize of welder skill competition for three consecutive times, which was well received by colleagues in the unit.
