I am so lucky to have been attending this unique seminar all the time, and I have submitted a carefully prepared resume for PICC, full of expectations and other HR responses. Thanks to PICC, I successfully passed the resume screening, and then participated in the first round of interview, briefly introducing myself, why I chose PICC and why I chose this position. After answering a few basic questions, I will continue to wait for the next round of notice. A few weeks later, I received an interview notice from the provincial human resources department to participate in the second round of professional interviews. Before the interview, I went to PICC for an interview all night and participated in the second professional interview with confidence. Three to one interview, the interviewer is very friendly, and the interview process is very relaxed, similar to chatting. After passing the second round of professional interview, the human resources department of PICC Zhongshan Branch arranged interns to work. In the first week and the second week, the car insurance will be arranged in the e-commerce marketing service department, and in the third and fourth weeks, the car insurance will be arranged in the billing center. Mainly to learn all kinds of operation skills, improve the awareness of insurance services, and better master the practical operation ability of computers. What you get on paper is so shallow that you never know what you have to do. Only practice can give you real knowledge and know your own shortcomings.

On March 20 13, I participated in the final interview and physical examination of PICC Zhanjiang, prepared the interview one week in advance, recalled the whole process of the internship, prepared various questions of the interview, simulated and answered by myself, and made some preparations for this interview. On July 8th, XX, two colleagues from CUHK and I took Brother Fu's car to Jiangmen. In the afternoon, we went to XX Branch with Li Gang, manager of the auto insurance department of XX Branch.

I studied in the accident insurance department at 7- 10 of XX Branch for three months. During the period, I mainly studied with two colleagues in the office of accident insurance department and became familiar with internal affairs. Main study: underwriting, policy entry, claim settlement, policy filling, etc. Many people think it is a "handyman" job, not a general "handyman" job, but it has taught me a lot of things that I must know, understand and be clear about in my work, because the handling of these jobs directly affects the quality of our customer service. Moreover, Zhuo Xiongjian, the manager of the accident insurance department, also gave me great care and support at work, and also gave me many opportunities to learn underwriting, survey and damage assessment.

In a blink of an eye, three months passed, and after XX 10 days, I was arranged to study in the non-auto insurance department until now. In the aspect of non-auto insurance, I mainly understand the work flow of the whole department, the operation of various domestic work, and also carry out some simple operations: underwriting, renewal, claim settlement and so on. Received strong support and help from department colleagues and manager Li, a non-auto insurance manager. Moreover, I got many learning opportunities to go to the front line to study survey, damage assessment, claim settlement and underwriting. It has benefited me a lot and given me many opportunities to exercise. I got some guidance from manager Li in my work and the way to handle things, especially when I didn't do enough in my work. Manager Li's careful guidance made me really realize that I know too little and need to improve too much. It is also in my daily work that I get the care and help of so many people, which gradually gives me a more comprehensive vision and a more professional way to serve customers.

I always thought I knew insurance very well, but after studying accident insurance and non-auto insurance for half a year, I understood the meaning of the word "insurance" better. I feel that it is really not easy to be a real "insurer", because he requires us to have all kinds of knowledge, keen market insight, a heart that dares to face failures and setbacks, and persist in learning and improving our ability.

Focus on "consolidating non-operating vehicles, competing for household vehicles, competing for operating vehicles, excavating agricultural vehicles and expanding motorcycles", actively respond to market changes and strive to achieve effective growth in auto insurance business. First, we have strengthened the cooperative relationship with major customers such as automobile transportation companies, auto trade companies, Hongyun companies, Fengda Logistics and Fukang Logistics, provided supporting services and paid close attention to the insurance of operating vehicles. Through public relations, I won back the insurance business of some cars in other companies before, and won more than 95% of the cars in the county to be underwritten by our company; Second, do a good job in the centralized bidding and procurement of government official car insurance, ensure that the company exclusively underwrites this business, strengthen the renewal, extension and intermediary agency business of government procurement business, and firmly grasp the limited insurance sources in its own hands; Third, work closely with the traffic police brigade and the Agricultural Machinery Bureau to make great efforts to underwrite all kinds of agricultural vehicles and motorcycles. Through the development of special insurance services such as charging on the road and locking motorcycle dealers to collect at home, good results have been achieved, which quickly reversed the passive situation of low participation rate of motorcycles and agricultural vehicles and stagnant premium income in Lichuan City in recent years, realized the substantial growth of this business, and made motorcycle insurance a new growth point for our XX business development; Fourth, firmly seize the opportunity of the continuous release of the effect after the implementation of compulsory insurance, vigorously develop personal marketing and expand the insurance business of sporadic vehicles and private cars, making it a new bright spot in the development of auto insurance. Fifth, in view of the lack of local vehicles and insufficient insurance sources, we actively expanded overseas auto insurance business and signed a contract premium of 400,000 yuan.

2. Seize the development opportunity and maintain the rapid and healthy development of non-auto insurance business. Grasping the big and promoting the small can not only lose the "watermelon" but also extend the tentacles of the exhibition industry to benefit enterprises and insurance gaps, and do a good job in underwriting small businesses with resilience and endurance.

Property insurance business: First, combining with the characteristics of many underwriting enterprises, wide coverage and low single premium in Lichuan, strengthen the property insurance investigation of key units to ensure that several power supply limited liability companies, Global Porcelain Factory, People's Hospital, Huayu Bamboo Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Mu Yuan Industrial Company with good benefits renew their insurance as scheduled, and * * * collect more than 200,000 premiums.

Yuan; Second, strengthen the contact and cooperation with relevant government departments and park offices, integrate internal and external resources, link up and down, conduct three-dimensional public relations, and deeply explore the property insurance business of park enterprises, so as to ensure that Shangfeng Plastic Co., Ltd., Xinyue Fashion Factory and other park enterprises are insured and collect a premium of 65,000 yuan, which has become a new growth point for the development of non-auto insurance business of our bank; The third is to do a good job of underwriting fertile sows with policy performance. * * * underwrites 2,600 sows, with a premium of RMB 1.6 million, ranking third in the city's underwriting series and fourth in the city's underwriting scope.

Accident insurance business: focusing on group orders and small businesses, focusing on marketing major types of insurance, such as group accident insurance, card insurance, school insurance, etc. First, the group life insurance business of large-scale key units was promoted, and group life insurance and additional medical insurance were underwritten for tobacco marketing center, power supply limited liability company, global porcelain factory, telecommunication bureau, Meijia ceramics company and private enterprises attracting investment, with a net premium of 654.38+10,000 yuan; Second, based on direct selling, expanding marketing and vigorously promoting the development of card-type life insurance business, the card-type life insurance business signed by marketers alone reached 30 thousand yuan in the whole year; The third is to overcome the influence of external factors such as administrative intervention of age-appropriate insurance, adopt direct sales and agency marketing to stabilize the downward trend, and collect the premium of 210.2 million yuan. In addition, we actively promoted the "Jin Wa" investment and guaranteed accident insurance, with sales of 3 1.5 million yuan, accounting for 1.05% of the tasks assigned by the municipal branch.

Liability insurance business: first, consolidate the achievements and stabilize the employer liability insurance of Desheng enterprise group, power supply, water supply, earth management and construction enterprises. According to statistics, the policies of Sanderson Enterprise Group, Power Supply Co., Ltd., Land and Resources Bureau, Grain and Oil Storage Company, People's Hospital, Chinese Medicine Hospital and other units that expired in that year have all been renewed as scheduled, and the premium collected has reached 490,000 yuan. Up to now, all the projects approved for construction in our county have been insured by our company with employer liability insurance for construction enterprises, and the premium income alone has reached 1 1.7 million yuan.
