1. Written test

The written test is conducted in a closed-book format and is divided into 100 points. The main contents of the written test include sociology, social work, community work and related policies and regulations, current affairs and politics, and Basic knowledge of public security and other basic knowledge that candidates should know and master. After the written test, applicants can log in to the Siming District Community Worker Application Platform to check the written test results and rankings.

Please see the admission ticket for the specific time and location of the written test. Applicants must present their valid ID card and admission ticket to take the written test. Please fill in (paint) the admission ticket number correctly during the written test, otherwise it will be scored as "0".

Additional points regulations:

(1) If graduates of the grassroots service project have a service period of 1 year or more and pass the examination upon completion, 5 points will be added to the written examination score. Graduates of grassroots service projects refer to participating in the "Three Supports and One Support" plan organized and implemented by the country and Fujian Province, the "Volunteer Service West Plan" (including graduate student teaching groups), the "Volunteer Service Plan for Underdeveloped Areas" and the "Service Community Plan" , graduates of colleges and universities with Xiamen status or graduates of Xiamen-source colleges and universities who have served for more than one year and passed the assessment before the registration deadline.

The bonus points for this item can be accumulated, but the maximum accumulated points shall not exceed 10 points.

College student retired soldiers refer to those who are drafted into the army from our city and meet one of the following conditions: ① Full-time students with a college degree or above in general education who are drafted into the army while in school and continue to complete their studies after retirement; ② Full-time students with a college degree or above Graduates with a college degree or above in general education are recruited into the army.

(3) Applicants who meet the above bonus point policy will enjoy bonus points for the written test, and the bonus points are not limited to the full score of the written test. Bonus points are limited to written examination papers only.

(4) Applicants who meet the above extra point policy must truthfully upload extra point materials when registering and provide them to the Binhai Subdistrict Office (Room 313, Third Floor, No. 380 Zengcuo'anshe, Siming District) Corresponding proof of extra points and other materials, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up the extra points policy.

2. Interview

The interviewers will select candidates for the interview from the candidates who took the written test in a ratio of 1:3 based on the number of people to be hired for the position, and from the highest score to the lowest score in the written test. If the ratio is less than 1:3, it will be determined based on the actual number of people. All those who enter the interview must undergo a qualification review. Only those who pass the qualification review can receive the "Interview Notice". Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified, and qualified candidates will be replaced in sequence to participate in the interview.

The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of the candidates. The full score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. The candidates who enter the interview according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be hired for the position shall not be less than 70 points. .

3. Overall overall score

The overall overall score is 100 points, and the qualifying line is 60 points. The written test and interview scores are multiplied by 50% respectively and then added together to convert into a comprehensive score.

The intermediate data and comprehensive total score in the conversion process are rounded to two decimal places.
