1. 3. If the application materials are complete and meet the acceptance conditions, a Notice of Acceptance of the Application for "Three Simultaneous" Approval (Completion Acceptance) of Safety Facilities of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Project shall be issued.

4. After material review and on-site verification, it shall be reported to the competent leader for approval, according to the "Review Opinions on" Three Simultaneous "Approval (Completion Acceptance) of Safety Facilities for Construction Projects of Hazardous Chemicals".

X. Time limit for completion

Accepted applications for "three simultaneities" examination and approval (completion acceptance) of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of safety facilities of hazardous chemicals construction projects, the working period of each stage is 20 working days (excluding on-site audit time). If an extension is needed, it can be extended for no more than 10 working days with the approval of the department head, and the construction unit will be informed of the reasons for the extension.
