In a blink of an eye, it has been more than a month since I came to the company for internship. During this time, I really felt the corporate culture and working atmosphere of a big company, exercised my ability to adapt to the company environment, and learned a lot of business knowledge with the company's professionals. Thank you very much for giving us such a good opportunity to exercise and study.

During my internship, my work scope is relatively wide! When I first entered the company, I learned how to use common software and make resources because I was not familiar with the company's business! The whole learning process is tedious and long, and basically the same work is repeated every day, just like the assembly line production in the factory, simple and mechanical. However, the nature of its work plays a decisive role in a series of subsequent work. If there are mistakes, it may affect the understanding of other staff and cause the progress of other work! This made me really realize that even simple work should not be underestimated, and everything should be done seriously! Sometimes I feel that my work is really boring, and I can't go on, so I grit my teeth and stick to it, and then suddenly I find another beautiful scenery!

After that, I studied the working standard and sop of making software with the head of the department, and also studied the resource arrangement of resource production with another head. These tasks are all related, and they need to be based on the summary and reflection of previous work in order to be competent! Every job will be rewarded, from which I learned to sum up and reflect on my work seriously. Optimizing everything is another sense of accomplishment in the work process!

In the later period of practice, I transferred to the psychology group, mainly to compile a special topic on early childhood education and sort out the knowledge of brain science, mainly the frontal lobe. I didn't think my work needed brains when I summed it up before. When I took over these two jobs, I realized that my "brain" was not enough! First of all, this job is different from my previous study at school. It is no longer based on the knowledge of "what", but more on the knowledge of "how to use". Secondly, in school, whether it is lectures or exams, teachers' teaching methods are mainly "cramming", mainly based on their own experience and syllabus, and students' interests and needs are rarely considered. This also indirectly leads us to finish the task with the mentality of "I want to", "I want to" and "I want to" when we think about the problem. So I also took a lot of detours in my work; I also need to remind myself that a lot of work takes a period of time to complete, not just a matter assigned to you at school, which can be completed in a few hours. Sometimes, even the supervisor doesn't know what the final "product" of his work is. Work needs to be done step by step, and the process needs to be promoted step by step. One of the corporate cultures of NetDragon Company is "relaxing study", employees have flexible working hours, and leaders cultivate people through "training". Caring and relaxing is my greatest experience! Different from the interpersonal relationship in my previous company, the interpersonal relationship here is relatively simple! But even simple interpersonal relationships make me feel embarrassed as an ignorant college student. After a period of time, I have come to a conclusion that being true and open-minded is the best passport for newcomers in the workplace!

Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive information technology company, whose main business includes: 380V power line carrier automatic meter reading system, security monitoring, computer network, computer maintenance and comprehensive data. During the internship, I worked as an intern in the company's computer maintenance class, network class, remote copy section and automation engineering department. In the field industrial practice, through integrating theory with practice, we constantly learn and sum up experience, consolidate what we have learned, improve our ability to deal with practical problems, sum up experience for the smooth graduation design, and win the praise of the internship unit. In this case, the employer approved me to change from internship to probation in the company, which laid a solid foundation for smooth employment after graduation. Graduation practice can be carried out smoothly for the following reasons.

First of all, the smooth progress of graduation practice benefits from solid professional knowledge.

When employers recruit employees, the first thing to look at is whether your professional skills are excellent. Among the applicants we passed together, there were students from different schools, and some students were unsuccessful because their professional knowledge was not as good as others. Because for the employer, if a person has excellent professional knowledge, he will be handy in this particular position quickly, thus reducing the need for the employer to spend a lot of energy to train an employee. Another employee with excellent professional skills must have worked hard at his studies, so that his work may be more real. This is what our manager told some of our students who passed the interview later. For example, the work of computer maintenance classes and network classes that just came to the company benefited from a solid grasp of professional knowledge in school study. Its work content is designed according to the composition and principle of computer and the protocol standard of network. If you don't study hard in class, it's hard to make a difference. Because of our excellent professional knowledge, we can quickly master the work skills in the internship, which has been praised by the unit.

Second, we should have good learning ability, a system of learning knowledge and the ability to solve problems through relevant channels.

Because there are all kinds of problems in the work, not every situation can be mastered. At this time, if you want to do a good job, you must have good learning ability, master the corresponding technology through continuous learning, and solve every problem encountered in your work. On the one hand, such learning ability comes from learning from masters and people with rich work experience. On the other hand, I have the ability of self-study, and I can try my best to find relevant methods to solve the problem without others' help. For example, searching for related questions on the Internet, so as to make full use of the rich network resources of the Internet to serve our work. I remember I didn't know much about power line carrier communication when I went to the remote copy sales department. I learned about its principle through searching on the Internet, which strengthened my understanding of the system and made me adapt to the new job quickly. Another expert, scholar and teacher who has many related aspects in our life will make greater progress if they can consult and learn from these experienced people.

Third, good interpersonal relationship is the guarantee of our smooth work.

At work, we should not only deal with technology and equipment, but also interact with people. Therefore, we must master the communication principles and social etiquette between colleagues. This is also what we should pay attention to at ordinary times. On the one hand, I benefited from the long-term exercise in the school student union, which made me have relatively harmonious interpersonal relationships and created a good interpersonal atmosphere for the smooth progress of my work.

In addition, I also have many shortcomings in my work. For example: lack of practical experience, lack of mastery of relevant industry standards, etc. I often remind myself that I must not be afraid of hardship and fatigue, and strengthen practice while mastering solid theoretical knowledge, so as to integrate theory with practice. On the other hand, we should constantly strengthen our study, learn new knowledge and new technology, and better serve the people.

Through this graduation internship, I applied the theoretical knowledge I learned in school to social practice. On the one hand, consolidate what you have learned and improve your ability to deal with practical problems. On the other hand, it is to prepare for the smooth graduation project and to prepare for their smooth integration into society. This summer vacation, the school arranged for our students from Class 3 and Class 4 to go to Guo Xin Information Security Training Base in Sichuan for training. Although the time is not long, only five days, but I benefited a lot. This training has given me a deeper understanding of network engineering and information security, and I have a good understanding of this training.

If you want to learn as much as possible in a short period of training, you need to communicate well with teachers and deepen mutual understanding. When we first arrived at the training base, the teacher didn't understand our work and learning ability, and didn't know what we would do, so we needed to communicate with the teacher. Through communication and understanding, the teacher has a general understanding of us, and then teaches us some knowledge of network information security.

"I think it's an armchair strategist. I don't know if it should be done!" During my short internship, I deeply felt the deficiency of my professional knowledge in practical application, and also let us really understand the meaning of "endless learning". In the training course, the teacher explained to us how to design the network topology, how to configure the network lines, routers and switches, and how to install and configure the firewall and network detector IDS. In the process of training, I really learned something that is not available in computer textbooks or that I can really use in textbooks. In this way, I not only consolidated my old knowledge, but also mastered new knowledge. In addition, the teacher specially took us to the National Software Incubator Science Park. During the visit, I learned the principles and methods of network wiring in real life, and how to realize the interconnection of networks and ensure the security of information from hardware.

In addition, during this training, what impressed me most was that we completed a network system construction plan in groups, including the demand analysis of the project, the production of the network topology diagram and the writing of the network construction plan. In these processes, I not only know the whole project bidding and project development process, but also deeply understand the importance of cooperation among team members. Being good at teamwork and making good use of the wisdom of others is great wisdom. It is difficult to complete a big project by one force alone. When working in a team, we should also consider the standardization and unity of technology, so that we can get a more perfect combination when combining.

I learned a lot from this training and benefited a lot. It let me know the hardships of work, and work is not as easy as studying at school. However, although I work hard, I am still glad that I can learn different things. People are not born knowing, but learning knowledge depends on learning and practice. Without practice, learning is water without a source and a tree without a foundation. These are my experiences and feelings of training in Chengdu. In less than half a year, we will enter the society and face the pressure of further study or employment.
