According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of College Graduates by Organs and Institutions of the Huang Party Committee (Huang Dang [2008] No.40), the Huang Party Committee organized and implemented the open recruitment of college graduates by institutions in 20 15. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the candidate

The college graduates recruited this time refer to the 20 14 and 20 15 college graduates who have not officially implemented their work units within the validity period of the employment registration certificate. Orientation students and Wei Peisheng of 20 14 and 20 15 cannot apply for the exam.

Second, the registration conditions

(a) with China nationality, abide by the national constitution and laws, no criminal record;

(two) love the Yellow River management, love their jobs, good conduct;

(3) Having the physical conditions to perform the duties of the post normally;

(4) Having the educational level, management knowledge or professional and technical knowledge suitable for the recruitment position.
