How to interview the written test results of teacher recruitment examination

Teaching interview includes four processes: waiting room, lesson preparation room, examination room and waiting area.

Waiting room: the room where candidates report. The order of the exam is determined by drawing lots, and the content of the exam is unknown. Check-in time varies from region to region, but don't be late. You need to hand in your mobile phone at this time, but you can bring some information to have a look.

Lesson preparation room: in most areas, lesson preparation time is about 30 minutes, and examination questions can only be read in the lesson preparation room. If the lesson preparation time is less than 30 minutes, the lesson plan can be written briefly, but if the lesson preparation time is more than 30 minutes, the lesson plan must be written well and may be counted as a score.

Examination room: The longer, the better. Take the 10 minute exam as an example. 10 minutes cannot be used up completely. It's best to use eight minutes to eight and a half minutes. Don't pursue perfection, and it must not exceed 10 minutes. Overtime will have a greater impact. First, you will stop talking immediately, or you will be deducted for one minute, so don't talk full-time.

Waiting area: the scores may be announced separately or all the scores may be announced together. Please be sure to check your information before signing. Scoring is a gymnastics scoring method, which removes the highest and lowest scores and takes the average. After listening to the scores, take your things and leave.
