No fishing area and time?

Article 340th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) "Whoever, in violation of the laws and regulations on the protection of aquatic resources, catches aquatic products in prohibited fishing areas or seasons or uses prohibited tools and methods, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance or fines".
