To be honest, the impact of this share change on Beijing Benz itself or BAIC's own brand is actually not too great. First of all, Beijing Benz does not need the technology of Beiqi Deben. As a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, MB? Tech's own technology is also limited. To put it bluntly, they are all outdated technologies of Mercedes-Benz.
On the other hand, for BAIC, although the phrase "losing the technical support of Mercedes-Benz" seems very serious, to be honest, since its establishment five years ago, BAIC has actually not acquired too much technology, and more just added a so-called "Deben" technical gimmick to product promotion, so the existence of BAIC Deben may always be a "chicken rib" for both parties.
