Brief introduction of Xiaoshan Linjiang industrial park

Xiaoshan Linjiang High-tech Industrial Park (Linjiang New City) was originally named Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Park. Founded in March 2003, it is located in the northeast of Xiaoshan District, on the south bank of Qiantang River, close to the mouth of Hangzhou Bay, with a planned total area of 160.2 square kilometers. It is the largest new city in Dajiangdong area. The development orientation of Linjiang New Town is a livable, scientific, ecological, low-carbon, garden-style seaport new town with advanced manufacturing industry as the main body and integrating urban functions such as commerce, logistics, residence and office, with reasonable layout, environmental characteristics, modern facilities and perfect functions along Hangzhou Bay. On September 20 13, the Zhejiang provincial government approved Hangzhou Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Park to be renamed Xiaoshan Linjiang High-tech Industrial Park and incorporated it into the management of provincial high-tech industrial parks. The renamed Xiaoshan Linjiang High-tech Industrial Park has the same planning scope as Hangzhou Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Park confirmed by the National Development and Reform Commission in Announcement No.23 in 2006, with a total area of 3.8 square kilometers. The four boundaries start from the 12-section Dongzhi River in the east, Weishi Road in the south, Neizhi River in the west and Gate 2 Henghe in the north.
