Why does the court want to recruit drivers?

It is more convenient for the court to recruit drivers to draw them out. Generally, court leaders don't drive by themselves, and sometimes they are too busy to drive. At present, general government agencies and companies basically have specialized drivers. The driver recruited is a worker.

Formal workers are generally divided into administrative workers and workers in institutions. The former serves the civil service system, but it cannot be transferred to the civil service. The latter serves public institutions and can obtain the status of cadres through competition.
