The agreement will be automatically terminated after the graduates report to the unit and the employer formally accepts it.
Second, the conditions for entering the employment process
1, in accordance with the provisions of the graduate handbook, complete the graduate mid-term exam.
Doctoral students: topic selection report and examination registration form;
Master students: topic selection report, evaluation form of educational practice ability, evaluation registration form;
Full-time professional degree graduate students: thesis work plan, professional practice schedule, assessment registration form.
Remarks: Mid-term evaluation can be consulted with graduate academic staff.
2. Pay the training fee and accommodation fee.
Students who are still in arrears should pay tuition and accommodation fees to the financial department.
3. Apply for employment recommendation form and achievement registration form.
Part II: Procedures for signing employment agreements.
I. Before signing the employment agreement
1. Confirm whether to enter the employment procedure and get the employment agreement.
Refer to the instructions for graduate students to obtain employment agreement, confirm whether to enter the employment process, and obtain employment agreement from the college graduate counselor.
2, understand the basic situation of the employer.
The basic information of the employing unit includes the name of the unit (especially many branches and foreign-funded enterprises), the nature of the unit, address, postcode, telephone number, organization code, and whether it is qualified to receive files (including the name and detailed address of the receiving unit). The Shanghai unit needs to determine its information registration number.
Second, the signing of the employment agreement.
Students and employers should sign employment agreements voluntarily, accurately and clearly on the basis of fairness. When signing an employment agreement, you should pay attention to:
1. The information of Party A in the employment agreement shall be filled in correctly by the employing unit.
★ Name of the employer: the full name of the employer is the same as the official seal of the employer. Don't abbreviate or write by mistake;
★ Nature: fill in the economic type of the unit, such as enterprise, sole proprietorship, joint venture, private, state-owned and private.
★ Organization code of the company: namely, the organization code and legal person code of the company registered in the administrative department for industry and commerce, and all independent legal person units have this code. If the overseas office does not have this code, it may entrust a talent agency to handle the recruitment procedures. Shanghai unit to fill in, foreign units can not fill in;
★ Information registration number: Shanghai employers must fill in the information registration number at the beginning of the current year, such as: 2012 * * * *), and other years are invalid.
Description of information registration number: According to the Measures for the Administration of Students' Employment in Shanghai Colleges and Universities, Shanghai units must go to Shanghai Student Affairs Center for information registration number every year, and the agreement must be filled in. All materials need to be prepared when handling: a. Letter of introduction issued by the unit (valid seal); B. a copy of the business license of the unit; C. A copy of the organization code certificate of this unit; D. application information registration number.
★ File receiving (unit name, postal code, detailed address): Please fill in the full name and address of the employer's personnel file storage unit, which will be used for mailing graduates' file materials to the school archives. The unit with the custody right of personnel files can write the address of the unit, and the unit without the custody right of personnel files can fill in the address of the unit entrusted to keep the files (such as the file transfer letter issued by the unit, and the file transfer letter and the employment agreement indicate that the file receiving information is consistent).
2. Party B's information in the employment agreement shall be truthfully filled in by the students themselves.
★ Please fill in the name, school, major, ID number, education background and student number truthfully;
★ Please fill in your mobile phone number and home phone number (so that you can contact in time if you encounter problems after graduation);
★ Fill in the graduation date in June of * *, and the place of origin should be written in * * provinces and cities, which should be consistent with the information when checking (the place of origin is the registered permanent residence of the graduates before entering the school, except for the collective registered permanent residence of the school);
3. Party A and Party B reach an agreement on the items to be filled in.
★ Terms such as service period and probation period in the agreement must be clearly filled in;
★ Some clauses in the agreement should be filled in as far as possible, such as benefits, it is best to indicate how much, or whether there is, and do not leave blank (such as "/"should be filled in the blank);
★ Please clearly indicate the liquidated damages, which will help to protect the interests of both parties in case of disputes (generally not exceeding the monthly income of Party B agreed in Article 2);
4. The last part of the employment agreement shall be filled in by Party A, Party B and the certified registrant.
★ The manager of Party A (employing unit) shall sign and affix the official seal (in quadruplicate) and the date of signing (note: public primary and secondary schools and kindergartens shall affix the official seal of the district and county education bureau; Private schools, private schools, non-educational units build official seals);
★ Signature and date of Party B (graduate);
3. After signing the employment agreement,
1, college accreditation registration
★ After being signed by both parties, Party A (b) shall send it to our firm for verification and registration within 10 working days.
★ Handling process: log in to the graduate information management system on the homepage of the graduate office, fill in the "Graduation Destination Form" in the column of "Student Graduation Management", and submit it to the graduate counselors of various colleges for signature and registration.
2. School certification and registration
★ With the graduation destination form signed by the college manager and filled in by the graduate information management system, go to the graduate employment office and seal it for the record, and go through the dispatch formalities. (For personnel agency, please specify the name of the registration card printing unit and the detailed address of the file mailing, and please indicate the actual employing unit when submitting the employment agreement. )
★ Please mark the name of the college in the upper left corner of the employment agreement.

The form can be downloaded from the "download area" of the website of the graduate office, filled in quadruplicate as required, and submitted to the graduate educational administrator of the college for unified production by the college and stamped by the graduate office.

Three. Agreement on obtaining employment
If you are interested in signing a contract, graduates who enter the employment process can take the Graduation Certificate and the employment recommendation form (stamped) to the graduate counselor of the college to get the employment agreement and sign it (except for directional trainees and international students).
Four. Explanation of reemployment agreement
In principle, a graduate can only get one employment agreement. If a second employment agreement is really needed, fill in the Application for Re-employment Agreement (downloaded from the download area of the website of the Graduate Office) and follow the application marking process.
The third part: employment (continuing education) such as contract, employment letter and admission notice.
Matters needing attention
Other forms of employment (further education) that do not sign employment agreements mainly include: contract employment (employers directly sign employment contracts, and there are many enterprises), letters of appointment (employers or departments in charge of employers issue letters of appointment, and there are many civil servants), and further education (pointing out studying abroad, taking exams, and pursuing postdoctoral studies, etc. After graduation), and flexible employment (refers to the part-time, temporary, flexible work and other flexible forms of employment).
First, other forms of employment (admission) need to pay attention to a few points.
1. Employment through contracts and letters of appointment
★ Before signing the contract and employment letter: first, we must confirm whether to enter the employment procedure. First, we must understand the basic information of the employer: the name, nature, address, postal code, telephone number and organization code of the employer.

Master students who have obtained a doctor's degree or doctoral degree are studying for postdoctoral or master's degree abroad for further study. Part IV: Matters needing attention in handling registration cards.
1. What is a registration card?
The registration card was also called "dispatch card" before, and its full name is "employment registration card for college graduates (graduate students) in national colleges and universities", which is authorized by the Ministry of Education to be examined and issued by the local graduate employment authorities (it can be issued directly by the Ministry of Education in special circumstances). The registration card is the written basis for graduates' employment dispatch, and it is the proof that graduates' personnel relations have been officially transferred from the school to the employment unit.
2. What is the function of the registration card?
1, which is the certificate for reporting to the receiving unit, and the length of service of graduates after employment is calculated from the date of reporting; 2 to prove that the certified graduates are students included in the national unified enrollment plan; 3. The receiving unit shall handle the receiving procedures and household registration for graduates with the registration certificate; 4. It is the proof of graduates' becoming a full member in their work units and their status as cadres.
In the personnel management system of China, the registration card still plays an important role. So graduates should take good care of their registration cards and don't lose them. Graduates who accidentally lose their registration cards should report the loss reporting process to the original graduate school in time, and apply for a new card after the school reports to the Municipal Employment Guidance Center (Student Affairs Center) for approval.
Third, the registration card processing procedures
1, processing time:
The start time is usually June every year. Before July 15 of the graduation year, the school will handle it uniformly; After July 15, the students will handle it themselves.
2, objects and procedures:
(1) Students who have signed employment agreements and registered after verification before July 15.
★ Generally, it shall be handled by the school before July 15 every year (specifically, the announcement time at the higher level shall prevail);

(2) Students who signed employment agreements and registered after July 15.

★ Be sure to fill in and submit the Application Form for Printing Employment Registration Certificate as required (downloaded from the download area of the website of the Graduate Office), and go to the Shanghai Student Affairs Center with the relevant materials indicated in the application form.
(3) Students who have other forms of employment (further education) such as contracts, letters of appointment and admission notices.
★ Whether it is handled uniformly or separately, the application form for printing employment registration card must be filled in and submitted as required (downloaded from the website of graduate school).
★ Contract employment, employment letter, going abroad and other forms of employment can only issue a registration card with the name of the competent unit of returned overseas students in principle;
★ Scholars cannot print registration cards;
(4) Non-Shanghai graduates who have not signed an employment agreement are required to return to their original places of employment after graduation.
★ If you need to apply for the registration card of the country of origin of the returned overseas students, you need to apply before graduation, usually before June 20 each year. Be sure to fill in and submit the Application Form for Printing Employment Registration Card (downloaded from the download area of the website of the Graduate Office) as required, and submit it to the office of the graduate counselor of the college, which will summarize it and submit it to the graduate employment office.
★ If it is not handled uniformly before graduation, it can also be handled by individuals after graduation (generally, within two years after graduation, if the graduation time is June 20 12, it needs to be handled before the end of June 20 14).
★ Note: According to the relevant regulations, if you return to your hometown after graduation and still have a school collective account, the general public security organs will not issue relevant household registration certificates.
3. Other explanations
★ Students who are not employed in Shanghai generally report to the employer;
★ Non-Shanghai fresh graduates who are employed in Shanghai and have submitted the application materials for Shanghai household registration will not apply for the registration card in principle for the convenience of students at one time, and will apply for it separately after the household registration is approved; Those who fail to pass the household registration examination and approval shall apply for a residence permit with the registration certificate of the competent unit where the student originated (see the Notes on Employment Matters of Graduates after Leaving School for details);
★ Non-Shanghai graduates who are employed in Shanghai but have not submitted the materials for applying for Shanghai household registration, who have submitted the materials for employment in Shanghai but really need to apply for a registration card before leaving school, please apply collectively before June 20 (only the registration card for returning to their original places of employment can be applied, and the procedures are the same as those in Article 2 (4) "Non-Shanghai graduates, students who want to return to their original places of employment after graduation"). ★ Registration card in duplicate. The first half (Red Cross) shall be retained by the employer or individual; The second half of couplets (white couplets) is used to deliver documents, which are usually put in file bags.
★ Please refer to the description of "Default Reassignment" for handling the default reassignment of registration cards.
Part V: Matters needing attention in transferring in violation of the contract.
After the graduates and the employing units sign the employment agreement, they shall not break the contract at will. If one party breaches the contract, it shall be handled according to the employment agreement.
Students who have not applied for the registration certificate will be redistributed within 2 years after graduation (for example, they graduated in June 20 12, and the date of redistribution is before the end of June 20 14).
In principle, the Registration Certificate cannot be changed at will. If it is necessary to be reassigned for special reasons, it shall be within 1 year after graduation (for example, graduation in June 20 12, and the reassignment date shall be before the end of June 20 13).
The process of default redistribution is as follows:
I. Re-employment Agreement
Get a new employment agreement at the Graduate Employment Office from Monday to Friday at 8: 30am-11:00am with the following materials (the duty time in winter and summer vacations will be notified separately on the website of the Graduate Office):
1. First, download and fill in the Approval Form for Graduate Default Reassignment and the Application Form for Graduate Re-employment Agreement in the download area of the website of the Graduate Office, and get the consent of the tutor and the college;
2. Apply to the original contracting unit and issue a copy of the letter or certificate agreeing to terminate the agreement (the original should be inspected on site, and the contact person, fixed telephone number and official seal of the human resources department of the unit should be provided. Please refer to the website of the Graduate Office to download the sample form of the special area);
3. There must be a new signing unit admission notice or certificate (there must be a contact person of the human resources department of the unit, a fixed telephone number, and an official seal of the employer);
4. The original signed employment agreement.
Remarks: Please prepare relevant materials according to the instructions in the Application Form for Other Re-employment Agreements.
Second, issue a letter of introduction for handling the registration card.
With the following materials, I will issue a letter of introduction to the Graduate Employment Office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:30-4:30 (the duty time in winter and summer vacations will be notified separately on the website of the Graduate Employment Office):
1. Newly signed employment agreement;
2. The original registration certificate and household registration certificate (not provided);
3. Two copies of graduation certificate and degree certificate (original inspection);
4. Download and fill in the "Application Form for Printing Employment Registration Certificate for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shanghai" in the download area of the website of the Graduate Office;
5, the original signing unit agreed to terminate the agreement or the original certificate;
Remarks: Students who have not signed the attendance card and have been reassigned due to breach of contract do not need to reissue the attendance card, and will be treated as the first attendance card.
Two, college students need to pay attention to ten points in job hunting
