What conditions should a salesperson have?

College degree or above, sales experience;

Strong learning and communication skills, good at communication;

Have a good sense of teamwork and the ability to work under pressure;

Can bear hardships and stand hard work, and maintain good work enthusiasm;

Driver's license and experience in investment, wealth management and insurance industry is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

Actively develop new customers, sort out customer information and establish customer information files;

Complete customer negotiation, contract signing, documentation and post-maintenance work;

Complete the monthly sales task assigned by the company;

Flexible maintenance of the relationship between customers and banks;

Be able to learn, make progress and improve yourself.
