Second, the organization of Baode coal mine

At present, there are 20 departments and teams in the whole mine.

There are "four offices, two centers and one department" in the organs, namely, Party and Government Office, Operation Office, Production Office, Safety Management Office, Production Command Center, Electromechanical Information Center and Ventilation Office;

Production team configuration: 2 fully mechanized caving teams, 4 anchor digging teams, 1 fully mechanized digging team.

Production auxiliary system settings: ventilation team, electromechanical team, operation team, drilling and drainage team, water exploration team and machine maintenance workshop.
