What is the approximate salary of a clerk in Xiamen Tongan?

The clerks in our company are paid 1,200 yuan for the internship period, and some are 1,500 yuan and some are 2,000 yuan after becoming full-time employees, but there are no three guarantees. Some of my friends are around 1,500 yuan but they have three guarantees. Please refer to it. But to be honest, it’s too little if it doesn’t include food and accommodation.
