Law Journal, founded on 1980, is one of the earliest law journals in China after the reform and opening up. It is sponsored by Beijing Law Society and edited by Beijing Applied Law Research Center. Due to the need of work, we are now open to the public to recruit 1 editor, and the registration time is before 202165438+February 27th.

First, the basic conditions of recruitment

1. Abide by the constitutional laws and civic morality, support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good conduct, and have no violation of laws and regulations and criminal records;

2. Master's degree or above, and the professional requirements refer to the professional catalogue published by the Ministry of Education official website;

3. Have a Beijing household registration;

4. More than 2 years working experience at the grassroots level.

Second, the recruitment position, number, major and age requirements

1. Recruitment position, number: editor, 1, professional technology 10 or above, responsible for drafting and editing.

2. Major and title requirements: major in civil law or criminal law, intermediate or deputy senior title, high writing level and communication and planning ability, and editing experience is preferred.

3. Age requirements: Master students are generally not more than 30 years old (199 1 year later 12 months 1 day); Doctoral students are generally not over 40 years old (198 1 born years later 12 months 1 day); Those with associate senior titles are generally not over 45 years old (born after 1976 12 1), and those with excellent conditions may appropriately relax the age requirement.

Third, the recruitment process

1. Sign up. Please send your resume to faxuezazhi @1126.com before February 27th.

2. Qualification examination and written examination. After screening the candidates' resumes, notify the qualified candidates to take the written test. On-site qualification examination before the written test, and those who pass the test will take the written test. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If unqualified candidates are found, they will be disqualified immediately. The qualification examination shall provide the originals and photocopies of the following materials:

(1) ID card; (2) household registration book; (3) academic degree certificate; (4) professional qualification certificate; (5) Relevant certificates of work experience; (6) Other relevant certification materials.

The written test is closed, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60, which mainly examines the professional knowledge of candidates.

3. Interview. Those who pass the written test enter the interview. The interview mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis, logical thinking and language expression ability. Full mark 100, and the qualified score line is not less than 60 in principle. The comprehensive score is calculated according to the weight of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score, and will be publicized in the "Capital Law Network" of official website of Beijing Law Society (the time is 5 working days).

4. Physical examination. According to the ratio of 1: 1, the candidates who take part in the physical examination are determined in the order of comprehensive scores, and the physical examination is organized by the employer. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who pass the examination will be regarded as candidates to be hired and reported to the Beijing Law Society for approval. If the medical examination cannot be completed on time due to personal reasons, it will be deemed as automatic waiver.

5. check. Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the object of investigation, and the employer conducts a comprehensive investigation.

6. Publicity. According to the investigation, determine the list of personnel to be hired and publicize it in the capital French Open for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, the entry formalities shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of Beijing.

Fourth, treatment.

After employment, relevant treatment will be given according to the relevant regulations of Beijing public institutions.
