3. Related benefits

(1) Full-time government firefighters who are hired must undergo pre-job training (the training period for full-time firefighters in the 24-hour duty preparation mode is 3 months, The training period for full-time firefighters with an 8-hour work system is one month), and the monthly salary during the training period is 1,800 yuan.

After formal recruitment, the total monthly salary of full-time government firefighters who implement the 24-hour duty preparation model is approximately 5,000 to 8,000 yuan, and the total monthly salary of full-time government firefighters who implement the 8-hour working day is approximately RMB 4,300 to RMB 6,000, salary corresponding to obtaining relevant professional qualifications.

3. Interview
