I. Recruitment Plan

According to the employment quota of police auxiliary personnel and the actual needs of police force, in the first quarter of 2023, the city's public security organs plan to recruit 970 police auxiliary personnel. Among them, Linyi City Public Security Bureau Lanshan Branch 225, Linyi City Public Security Bureau Hedong Branch 33, Lanling County Public Security Bureau 23, yinan county Public Security Bureau 27, Pingyi County Public Security Bureau 360, Junan County Public Security Bureau 187, Traffic Police Detachment 15 (Hedong Brigade 20, Tancheng Brigade 40, Yinan Brigade 65).

Second, the nature of personnel.

The police auxiliary personnel recruited this time refer to the staff who perform the duties of auxiliary police according to law, are included in the employment quota of police auxiliary personnel, and the financial guarantee is included in the budget, which is managed and used by the public security organs and does not have the status of the people's police.

Third, the registration qualification

(a) support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), abide by national laws and regulations, and have good conduct;

(two) Linyi household registration (including graduates who are originally from Linyi but whose current household registration is outside the employment period);

(3) Age range 18 to 40 years old (1born between March 1982 and March 2005). See Annex1for specific age requirements;

(four) the auxiliary police must have a high school (technical secondary school) or above, and the auxiliary police must have a college degree or above. See attachment1for specific academic requirements of different positions;

(5) Physical and mental health, well-proportioned figure, no obvious disease characteristics, no tattoos, no physical dysfunction, etc. , the physical conditions for normal performance of duties and the working ability required for performance of post duties, the naked eye vision of the auxiliary police officers in active service is not less than 4.6, the auxiliary police officers engaged in special police work is not less than 4.8, and the auxiliary police officers are not less than 5.0.

(six) voluntarily engaged in public security auxiliary work, with the spirit of loyalty, dedication and hard work, keep the secrets of public security work, and obey the organization and distribution;

(seven) have other qualifications required by the proposed position;

(eight) under the same conditions, the following personnel can be given priority:

1, spouses and children of martyrs, and spouses and children of soldiers, people's police and police auxiliary personnel who died in the line of duty;

2. Retired soldiers and rescuers who quit the national comprehensive fire rescue team;

3. Be a hero or a model;

4. Graduates of People's Police College;

5. Persons with professional qualifications or special skills required for the post;

6. Other personnel who meet the national and provincial regulations and give priority to employment.

(9) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Participate in illegal organizations such as violent terror, ethnic division, underworld nature, or engage in activities endangering national security;

2. Being investigated for criminal responsibility;

3, drug abuse, prostitution, gambling violations;

4 administrative detention, judicial custody or compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation;

5. Being expelled from public office or army;

6, the police auxiliary labor contract expires without leaving;

7. Being listed as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

8. Resignation in the work of public security auxiliary police in this city for less than 6 months;

9, the provisions of the state and the province is not suitable for other circumstances to engage in police auxiliary work.

Fourth, the recruitment process

This open recruitment adopts online registration, on-site qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical fitness assessment, physical examination, political assessment, publicity and other procedures, and selects the best candidates to sign the contract.

(1) Online Registration

This recruitment takes the form of online registration. If online registration cannot be completed due to network congestion and other related reasons, you can participate in on-site registration during the on-site qualification examination time. Online registration time is March 6, 2023-10.

Interested parties can participate in the registration through the official account of WeChat WeChat "Linyi Micro Police". For online registration procedures, please refer to the Operating Instructions of Online Registration System for Police Auxiliary Personnel Recruitment of Linyi Public Security Organs (Annex 2).

(2) On-site qualification examination

After the online registration time ends, the online registration channel is automatically closed, and the registration result is "pending review", and the online registration is successful.

If the online registration is successful, you will receive a notice from WeChat to participate in the on-site qualification examination. Candidates can participate in the on-site qualification examination at the time and place specified in Annex 1:

1. Time and place of on-site qualification examination

On-site qualification examination time is from March 13 to March 17. See annex 1 for the specific time and place of on-site qualification examination of each employer.

2, on-site qualification need to carry materials

3, on-site qualification requirements

To participate in the on-site qualification examination, you must be present in person. The staff will conduct on-site qualification examination for those who register online according to the recruitment conditions. Those who pass the examination are allowed to take the written test and sign the letter of commitment on the spot (Annex 3).

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If there is fraud, breach of good faith commitment or concealment of relevant information, once verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(3) Examination contents and methods

1, written test

Qualified personnel enter the written test, participate in the written test and the follow-up test list, and notify Linyi Micro Police in time to clarify the specific matters of participating in the written test.

The written test mainly tests the basic knowledge of the public, common sense of laws and regulations and current affairs and politics.

Take the form of unified proposition closed-book examination, with a full score of 100.

After the written test, determine the qualified line according to the written test results.

Step 2 interview

Those who pass the written test will determine the interviewers according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 3 according to the recruitment position plan, and release the list of interviewers in Linyi Micro Police in time to clarify the specific interview matters.

The interview is structured, with a full score of 100, which mainly tests the comprehensive qualities of candidates, such as comprehensive analysis, coordination of organization and planning, language expression, logical thinking, adaptability and interpersonal communication.

If the interview score is less than 60 points, it will not be used as a candidate for physical examination, inspection and political assessment.

After the interview, according to the proportion of 50% written test and 50% interview results, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated by the percentage system.

The written test scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

Physical fitness assessment

The interviewers all entered the physical fitness evaluation link, and the physical fitness evaluation notice was released in time in Linyi Micro Police.

Physical fitness assessment refers to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional) (see Annex 4).

Physical fitness evaluation mainly tests whether the physical fitness of qualified personnel in written test is suitable for the job requirements of the recruitment position, and is not included in the comprehensive score.

The evaluation items are: 10 m× 4 back-and-forth running, men's 1000 m running (women's 800 m running), and the vertical jump touches the height.

Physical fitness assessment must be completed independently by candidates.

Those who fail to participate in the physical fitness assessment according to the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of physical fitness assessment automatically.

Physical fitness assessment is a standard assessment, and any failure to meet the standard is regarded as unqualified.

(5) Physical examination and political assessment

Those who pass the physical examination are determined according to their comprehensive scores, and those who pass the physical examination and political examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high score to low score.

Physical examination should be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level in this municipality. Those who fail to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place are deemed to have given up automatically, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Candidates who have doubts about the results of physical examination may apply for re-examination according to relevant regulations, and the expenses shall be borne by the applicant.

Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

The physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the Notice of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, the Health Planning Commission and the Public Security Department on Defining the Physical Fitness Assessment and Physical Examination of Police Auxiliary Staff in Public Security Organs (Lu Gong Tong [2017] No.30).

The political assessment shall refer to the relevant requirements of the political investigation of the people's police of public security organs, and focus on whether there is any situation in which they cannot be employed as police assistants.

Those who fail the physical examination and political examination will be disqualified.

(6) personnel replacement

Vacancies caused by candidates' voluntary abstention or unqualified examination, physical examination and political examination shall, in principle, be filled from the same position according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

Arrange cross-job recruitment if necessary according to the actual demand of job vacancies.

(7) Publicity

According to the examination results, physical fitness assessment, physical examination and political assessment of candidates, the list of police assistants to be hired is put forward for publicity, and the publicity period is 5 working days.

(8) Employment

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the public security organ and the police auxiliary personnel will directly sign labor contracts, labor dispatch and other forms to arrange the corresponding employment departments to participate in the work.

Within one month of joining the company, the organization will sign a labor contract. The first time to sign a labor contract is three years, and the probation period is six months. If the probation fails, the labor relationship shall be terminated or returned to the labor dispatch unit.

After the expiration of the contract, according to the relevant regulations and work needs, decide whether to renew the labor contract.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) treatment guarantee

The salary, welfare and other benefits of newly hired police assistants shall be guaranteed according to the corresponding financial channels. The monthly salary during the probation period is between1.500-3,400 yuan, and the salary after becoming a full member is between 2000-4 1 yuan (including social insurance and housing accumulation fund that individuals should pay). Unified payment of social insurance and housing provident fund, unified purchase of personal accident insurance, provide corresponding work and living security, unified clothing and logo.

Applicants should keep 24-hour communication open and keep abreast of updated notification information. If you miss important information for your own reasons, you will be at your own risk.

The recruitment examination does not specify examination textbooks and counseling books, and does not hold, authorize or entrust any institution or individual to carry out examination counseling training.

No unit or individual may carry out remedial classes, counseling websites or issue publications, Internet cards, etc. In the name of the test organizer or proposition group, otherwise, it shall be investigated for legal responsibility.
