According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province, the Entry-Exit License Production Center of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Bureau decided to openly recruit staff for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the unit profile
Entry-exit license production center is a public welfare institution affiliated to Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, and its institutional specifications are equivalent to county level. Mainly responsible for the production and management of private entry and exit certificates of citizens in this province and related security work. The unit is located in downtown Hangzhou.

(2) Registration and qualification examination

The minimum examination ratio for all positions is 1: 3. Posts that are lower than the minimum proportion of the prescribed examinations will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment plan is cancelled; For the position that cancels the recruitment plan, the person who has obtained the admission ticket will be directly notified and the relevant information will be published on the designated website.
(3) Examination
The examination takes the form of written examination and interview. The full marks of written test and interview are 100 (including written back office post 150, which is converted into 100 after marking), accounting for 40% and 60% of the total score respectively.
1, written test
The written test is expected to be held in Hangzhou on June 3rd (Sunday). The specific location and time schedule are subject to the admission ticket.
The written test subjects are generally comprehensive basic knowledge (no specific reference books or materials are specified), and the time is 2 hours; Among them, writing subjects plus text office hours.
The written test results are published on the designated website, and the shortlisted interviewers for each position are determined according to the ratio of 1: 6 from high to low.
Step 2 interview
The interview arrangement will be announced together with the written test results.
The interview adopts a structured approach, which mainly examines the degree of cognition and matching, competence and comprehensive quality of the candidates.
The minimum qualified score for the interview is 60 points; Those below this score cannot enter the next stage.
3, determine the physical examination, assessment object
After the interview, calculate the total score according to the determined method, and determine the shortlisted medical examiners and examiners for each position according to the ratio of 1: 1. The test results will be published on the designated website.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
The physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Revised).
The assessment shall be carried out with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Political Examination for the Employment of People's Police by Zhejiang Public Security Organs.
If there are unqualified personnel in physical examination and assessment, they will be given a one-time replacement in the interview qualified personnel according to the total score from high to low.
(5) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment shall be determined by the recruiting unit as the personnel to be hired, and shall be publicized on the designated website within one week after the assessment, and the time shall not be less than 7 days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or there are problems that will not affect the employment after investigation, the recruiting unit shall go through the entry and employment procedures according to the prescribed procedures.
Four. Description of related matters
1. Applicants who have objections to the recruitment announcement itself or the relevant information published on the designated website can report to the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department or the Personnel Management Office of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security within 5 days from the date of publication, so as to make timely corrections.
2. The identification and handling of examination irregularities shall be carried out in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Violations of Personnel Candidates in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang People's Social Development [2011] No.79).
