1. Nature of Recruitment

III. Recruitment Qualifications
(1) Applicants must be over 18 years old and have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

(4) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Publish recruitment information

(2) Registration
All recruitment will be conducted online. The registration period is from 9:00 on September 1, 2014 to 24:00 on September 3, 2014. The registration website is Dalian Public Security Network (zkga.gaj.dl.gov.cn). Online registration is carried out according to the following procedures:
1. Submit the application and upload your electronic photo. Applicants can log in to the Dalian Public Security Network from 9:00 on September 1, 2014 to 24:00 on September 3, 2014, fill in the registration information, and upload a photo (my recent 2-inch front-facing ID electronic photo without hat, jpg format, size less than 20KB) .
2. Query the audit results. 3. Applications for the same position must form a 3:1 competition ratio. 4. Payment confirmation. After passing the review, applicants must log in to the Dalian Public Security Online Registration System again from 9:00 on September 1 to 12:00 on September 4, 2014 to make payment. The online payment bank is ICBC. The exam fee is 50 yuan. The specific payment process is as follows:
(1) Candidates can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to handle "online banking services" and then make the payment, or they can use other people's ICBC cards that have opened online banking services. Pay the fees.
(2) Candidates log in to the registration system and click the "Online Payment" link, and pay the registration fee online according to regulations through ICBC online banking.
(3) Candidates must confirm whether the payment is successful by clicking on the "Details" link. If the ICBC page indicates that the payment was successful, but the "Detailed Information" of this system does not indicate that the payment was successful, please contact us in time and remember not to make repeated payments.
(4) Candidates who fail to pay the fee within the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up the exam.
5. Print the admission ticket online. Applicants who have paid the examination fee should log in to the Dalian Public Security Network from 9:00 on September 11 to 9:00 on September 14, 2014, and print out their admission ticket and "Registration Form" (A4 paper, in duplicate). Candidates are required to keep their admission ticket and "Registration Form" for subsequent use.
6. Notes

(2) Candidates who apply for positions that have been canceled can apply for other positions that meet the recruitment requirements and have not been canceled within the specified time. (4) The registration system shall be based on integrity. Candidates must truthfully submit relevant information and materials when registering. Anyone who commits fraud or does not meet the qualifications required for the recruitment position will be disqualified once verified during the qualification review and employment approval.
(5) The online review is to review the registration conditions submitted by the candidates, not the qualification review. A unified review of qualifications will be conducted after the exam.
(6) From the time of registration to the examination (written test, qualification review), candidates should ensure that the communication tool they filled in during registration is smooth to facilitate the communication between the recruitment unit and the examination agency. (3) Written test
1. Written test time, place and subjects. The written test is scheduled to be held from 9:00 to 11:00 am on September 14, 2014. The content includes a professional ability test and basic public knowledge. All are objective questions, with a maximum score of 100. The exam is conducted in a closed-book format and lasts 120 minutes. Applicants are required to take the exam with their admission ticket and ID card at the time and location specified on the admission ticket. Those with incomplete ID cards are not allowed to take the exam. Applicants who are late will not be allowed to enter the examination room 30 minutes after the written examination begins. Candidates taking the written examination are not allowed to hand in their papers and leave the examination room in advance.
2. After the written examination, the passing score line will be drawn and the examination results will be announced on the Dalian Public Security Network.
3. Based on the written test scores from high to low, the candidates for physical examination and political review will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of positions to be recruited. If there is a tie in the last scores, the tied people will take an additional vocational ability test. The shortlisted candidates will be determined based on their scores in the additional test from high to low.
(4) Qualification review
The Dalian Municipal Public Security Bureau conducts a qualification review of candidates shortlisted for the examination. Anyone who does not meet the registration requirements or commits fraud will be disqualified from employment, and candidates who pass the written examination will be filled in order from high to low scores. (5) Physical examination and political examination
The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and 2 third-level comprehensive hospitals or public professional physical examination institutions at the municipal level and above are designated as alternatives. The political review and assessment work is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with relevant regulations. The main content of the assessment is the ideological and political performance, moral character and other basic qualities of the candidates that meet the needs of the position.
Those who pass the physical examination and political examination will be determined as candidates for employment. Job vacancies caused by failure in physical examination and political examination will be filled in sequence according to the examination results of the applied positions.
(6) Publicity
After the list of personnel to be hired is determined, it will be publicized on the Dalian Public Security Network. The publicity period is 7 days. If the public notice period expires and there is no objection, personnel procedures will be handled in accordance with regulations. 5. Recruitment and Management
