The driver on the other side of the accident was indeed driving under the influence. The reason why Li called the police was because the amount of compensation he demanded from the drunk driver was too high and the two parties could not reach a settlement.

Further investigation by the police found that the white car driven by Li had multiple accident records. After interrogation, the four members of the gang had a clear division of labor. One person was responsible for identifying drinking people in restaurants, karaoke bars and other places. Once a drinking person was found driving on the road, he would immediately notify other members to follow him in Wang's white car, and then choose an opportunity to deliberately collide with him. . After the accident, other members rushed to the scene immediately, and together they threatened to call the police, forcing the drunk driver to spend money. Currently, these four suspects have been criminally detained in accordance with the law. The case is still under further processing.
