Second, the recruitment plan
In 20 12, it is planned to openly recruit 130 professionals from public institutions, including11person from health system,1person from family planning system and 9 people from water conservancy system. Third, the recruitment conditions
Recruitment targets are mainly graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications, previous junior college education or above, and those who meet the requirements of recruitment positions, and must meet the following conditions:
(1) Having China nationality;
(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws and having good conduct;
(three) the professional and age conditions required for the post;
(4) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
(5) Other conditions required for the post.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for the post of avoidance relationship after the recruitment stipulated in Order No.6 of the former Ministry of Personnel.
Those who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position, non-fresh graduates, active servicemen, those who have been identified by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security as violating the examination rules and are in the suspension period, those who have been dismissed from the civil service or those who have been dismissed from public office for less than five years, may not apply for the examination.
"30 years old" in the "age condition" refers to "born after 1 September, 9821day" (and so on for others involved in age calculation).
Fourth, registration matters

(3) The materials that the applicant should bring:
Applicants must provide their original valid ID card, academic certificate, original and photocopy of relevant certificates (certificates) required by the recruitment position.
Applicants are required to fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Professional and Technical Personnel of Public Recruitment Institutions in Jinzhai County and the Letter of Commitment for Good Faith during the registration and examination, and pay the registration examination fee (written examination fee of 45 yuan/door, interview fee of 80 yuan/person), 4 recent bareheaded photos with the same bottom, and other documents and materials specifically required for the post.
If there is a work unit, it is necessary to issue a certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam.
The certificates and information provided by candidates at the time of registration, as well as the information filled in, must be consistent with their actual situation, the recruitment conditions and qualifications of the positions they apply for, and be true and correct. Anyone who passes the qualification examination because of fraud or actually does not meet the requirements of the recruitment conditions will be disqualified from the examination and employment once verified.
Registration is mainly based on post registration. Each applicant is limited to 1 position, and must use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) qualification examination
Registration is on-site registration. County people's society, supervision and the competent department of the employing unit shall conduct preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicants. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination and pay the registration examination fee will be issued an admission ticket, and candidates will receive the admission ticket from the County People's Social Security Bureau from September 13 to September 14. Candidates take the exam in the designated examination room with the admission ticket and official valid identity documents.
The ratio of recruitment positions to applicants should be no less than 1:3 (including 1:2 for graduate students). If there is no competition, cancel the recruitment position. The proportion of special posts or shortage of majors that fail to meet the prescribed proportion may be appropriately reduced after being approved by the county open recruitment leading group.
Sixth, the exam
The examination is organized by the County People's Social Security Bureau in conjunction with relevant departments, and the health and family planning posts are conducted by written examination. Other positions are conducted in a combination of written examination and interview, in which the written examination results and interview results are combined into a total score of 7: 3.
(1) Written examination
The time and place of written examination shall be subject to the admission ticket. The contents of the written test for health and family planning posts are basic medical knowledge and professional knowledge, and the basic medical knowledge and professional knowledge are combined into test scores according to the ratio of 4: 6. The written test content of other positions includes two subjects: basic knowledge and professional knowledge, in which the basic knowledge and professional knowledge of the public are combined in 4: 6.
In order to ensure the basic quality of recruits, the total score of the two written tests must reach 120 before entering the next procedure.
The "university student village officials", "three supports and one support" personnel, "special post teachers" and "college students' volunteer service plan for the west" who have completed their service shall provide the service expiration certificates issued by the competent authorities, and the "grassroots project personnel" who have completed their service on 20 12 shall bring relevant certificates (certificates) to the county people's social security bureau (county government affairs center) within 3 days after the written examination. Those who meet the conditions of extra points after examination shall be publicized to the public for 5 days by the county people's social security bureau on the relevant website. If there is no objection to the publicity, the score of each written test will be increased by 2 points according to the prescribed procedures, and it will not be reissued after the deadline.
(2) Interview
1, the interview adopts the way of "structured interview", and the written test scores enter the structured interview from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 3. It mainly examines the candidates' logical thinking, comprehensive analysis ability, planning, organization and coordination ability and language expression ability, with a full score of 100.
2. If the number of interviewers is less than the specified proportion, it shall be determined according to the actual number of finalists in the written test. If more than one candidate has the same written test results, the last candidate will be determined as the interview candidate. The interview score must reach 65 points. If there is a vacancy for some reason, it will be filled in the same position from high score to low score, only 1 time.
The interview time will be announced separately.
(three) to determine the candidates for physical examination and assessment.
After the examination, the candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined according to the examination results from high to low.
If the test scores of health students' family planning posts are the same as those of a post, those with high professional knowledge will enter the physical examination and assessment. If the scores of professional knowledge are the same again, it is determined by the scores of subjective questions in professional papers. If the scores of other posts are the same as those of a certain post, the person with the highest written test scores will enter the physical examination and assessment. If the written test scores are the same, the person with the highest written test scores will enter the physical examination and assessment. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or voluntary abandonment will be filled in the same position according to the test scores from high to low, only 1 time.
Seven, physical examination and assessment
Physical examination must be carried out in a secondary general hospital. Under the guidance of the County People's Social Security Bureau, the assessment work is jointly organized and implemented by the competent department of the employer and the employer. The assessment plan shall be formulated separately, and the physical examination and assessment time shall be notified separately.
VIII. Employment and Management
According to the test results and physical examination, the candidates to be hired are determined and publicized to the public for 7 days. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment and related procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures.
According to the relevant documents of the state, province and city, the recruiting unit shall sign the employment contract of public institutions with the newly hired personnel, and implement the personnel management, salary and welfare system of public institutions uniformly stipulated by the state. The new staff of public institutions shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract.
For some unlisted personnel, handle personnel agency procedures, enjoy the wages and benefits of similar personnel in the same position, and handle five social insurances.
