How to understand a condition of bank recruitment without establishing labor relations with other units? Candidates must be employed for the first time and have not established labor relations with other units. Recruitment conditions refer to the first time that an employee signs a labor contract with a bank, but has not signed a labor contract with other units before, excluding internships, summer jobs and part-time jobs, which can be understood as the first employment of fresh graduates or previous graduates.

According to the Labor Contract Law

Article 10 To establish labor relations, a written labor contract shall be concluded.

If a labor relationship has been established and a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment.

If the employer and the employee conclude a labor contract before employment, the labor relationship shall be established from the date of employment.

Article 91 If an employing unit employs laborers who have not dissolved or terminated their labor contracts with other employing units, thus causing losses to other employing units, it shall be jointly and severally liable for compensation.
