Entertainment: Why is entertainment a female word?

Personal point of view: from the perspective of glyph alone, entertainment is composed of women and martial arts. The word Wu looks like a woman's dance movements. In ancient times, people used women's song and dance performances as entertainment, so they used the word beside women.

Of course, from today's perspective, this word seems to reflect the inequality between men and women in feudal times.
