Salary scheme for personnel recruiters

1. Salary structure (composition): fixed salary+performance salary+recruitment commission.

2. Fixed salary is determined according to recruitment experience, mastery of recruitment skills and previous recruitment performance;

3. Performance pay is calculated according to the monthly performance appraisal table (KPI). Recruitment KPI is mainly composed of recruitment demand completion rate, recruitment quality and recruitment cost.

4. The recruitment commission is set according to different positions, and the commission is paid according to the entry.
