Step 1: Reserved holes: Windows larger than aluminum doors and windows must be reserved on the wall, and usually 1.5cm is added to the left and right, 1.5cm is added to the upper part, and 2.5cm is added to the lower part to facilitate the installation of aluminum doors and windows. If the reserved size error is too large, the construction party shall be responsible for handling it.

Lofting; Before the installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows, three reference lines should be released as a preparation for installation and construction. 1. Center baseline-Determines the center position of the window. 2. Horizontal datum line-Determine the height position of the window. 3. Inside and outside the baseline-determine the inside and outside position of the window.

Installation of outer frame: the installer shall install aluminum alloy doors and windows according to the above positions, and make them truly horizontal with wire pendants and spirit level. After vertical positioning, the aluminum alloy frame should be filled and fixed with a wooden wedge.

Burying the fixed parts: Bury the fixed parts in a concrete wall or brick wall for 3-4 cm and fix them with 1: 2 cement mortar mixed with stones, or weld the fixed parts with steel bars by welding.

Cement caulking: After the fixing parts are fixed, the installer will remove the wooden wedges around them, and then caulk them with cement mortar to avoid water seepage between the aluminum alloy frame and the wall.

Waterway joint reserved: After aluminum alloy doors and windows are caulked, before painting, the cement worker needs to nail the indoor edge of the outer frame with 1cm square wood to reserve the waterway joint. After painting, the battens are hoisted and filled with leakproof agent to prevent rainwater from infiltrating.

Aluminum alloy windows should be installed indoors first, and then installed outdoors.

When assembling a single piece, install it first, aim at the top, and then aim at the chute below.

It can be seen that there are three holes at the bottom of the two vertical frames of the window sash, and the bottom is a half hole, which corresponds to the position of the pulley in the window sash. Pay attention to the feeling that the pulley should be placed on the chute

Sometimes the pulley will protrude and block the chute, so the installation is not good. At this time, use a Phillips screwdriver. In the hole between the three holes, there is an adjusting screw. When rotating counterclockwise, the height of the pulley will decrease and it can be put in.

After all installation, if the pulley is moved, the height of the pulley should be readjusted to meet the requirements of smooth sliding, no severe friction and good locking after the two window sashes are closed.
