How do newspapers recruit people?

Newspapers have two recruitment methods every year:

1. Newspaper staff are recruited through the recruitment platform of the city's institutions organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Recruitment is divided into written examination and interview for recruiters in public institutions, and those with excellent results can be employed as the staff of the newspaper.

2. The staff of the enterprises affiliated to the newspaper are recruited by advertising in the newspaper. Recruiters of newspaper subordinate enterprises generally have to take a written test first, then participate in the interview and choose the best candidates.
