State-owned enterprise interview accounting experience
Accounting experience in interviews with state-owned enterprises
Introduction State-owned enterprises, in international practice, only refer to enterprises invested or controlled by the central government or the federal government of a country. In China, state-owned enterprises also include enterprises invested and controlled by local governments. Let’s read the following about the accounting experience of state-owned enterprise interviews!
1. Be the most authentic you and choose the career that best suits you based on the most authentic you
I think this is the most important point in the interview process, so I put it at the first point.
The so-called authenticity means seeking truth from facts. If you have something, you have it, and if you don’t have it, you don’t have it. Only in this way can you behave naturally and calmly, just like when you lie to others, you will always feel guilty and have no confidence. This guilty conscience can actually be easily read by a seasoned interviewer from your expression and eyes.
Therefore, from the perspective of interview performance, being authentic is actually more conducive to your performance. From the perspective of your future personal development, you must not distort your personality, and you must be the most authentic you.
In fact, the standard for most companies to recruit employees is not whether you are excellent or not, but whether you are suitable for their company. This "fit" in the middle includes a two-way selection process. The company chooses you. It is because they think you are suitable for their job requirements. Because you are suitable, you can create value for them after entering their company. At the same time, because you are suitable, only after you enter their company can you exert your personal value and get a more pleasant job. Feel that this process is a "win-win" process for you and the company.
Suppose you deliberately distort your personality so that you can successfully enter a company, but the deliberate distortion is temporary after all. Is it possible that you will always live in this distorted state? I think this is difficult, so after you enter the company, you find that the job you are doing is not suitable for your true personality. You start to hate the job, and entering will affect your subsequent development. I think this result will be good for both the company and you. It is a kind of harm to itself.
So you should show your truest side. If your personality is really introverted, choose some positions that require this kind of personality:
For example Accounting and settlement, some document positions in banks, fund transfer positions, etc. Don’t blindly go for positions that require an extrovert personality, such as sales, etc. just because you are looking for a job. Firstly, your personality is really not suitable; The probability of your interview is actually very low. If the interview fails, it will not only damage your self-confidence, but also waste your time, energy and money.
Here, some students may say that although I am introverted now, I believe that I can become extroverted. If I really get accepted by these companies that require extroverted personality, I can definitely work in my job. I exercise myself in my work.
This is how I understand this view. If you think you can indeed be extroverted, then you should choose a position that requires extroversion after you are already extroverted, not now.
It’s like when we were children, we saw a piece of art we liked very much placed on a very high window, but we couldn’t reach it because we were not tall enough, so at that time, the art was not It does not belong to us. Only when we grow tall enough can we get it, and only then does it belong to us.
Let’s talk more about it. It takes a long time to change a person’s personality, and it also involves taking a lot of risks. In this process, whether you can successfully change a person’s personality, whether you will go astray, etc. They are all unknowns, and these unknown risks should be your own responsibility. It is impossible to let a unit you have never served pay for you. The premise for a company to train an employee is to think that the employee is suitable for their company and can Create value for them, and everything about you here is unknown. If you just have a feeling, "I think I can transform into that character", you have to let a company you have never served take responsibility for your choice. Consequences, then you are too selfish and irresponsible.
I have said all the above just to tell everyone that you should be the truest version of yourself during the interview, because only in that way can you perform at your best and achieve a "win-win" between you and the company.
2. Confidence
In fact, the first close contact between you and the interviewer is not a verbal communication, but an eye contact. The eyes are the windows to the soul. The eyes of others are not deceiving. Everyone can read the content in other people's eyes, not to mention the experienced interviewers who have read countless people.
Personally, during my interview process, I hope that what I convey to the interviewer through my eyes is confidence and determination. I often tell my classmates that I am a competitive player. , no matter how nervous I am outside the venue, as soon as I walk into the interview room and make eye contact with the interviewer, I will be extremely confident and determined, and I will even forget that I am in an interview.
In fact, most of the time, I don’t tell myself too deliberately that this is an interview. I just regard it as a conversation with the elders. During the interview, I don’t care too much about the result, as long as Just grasp the process.
If you are not confident enough now, I can give you some advice, but the so-called confidence is your own confidence in yourself, so the key to confidence lies in yourself. My opinions are as follows:
1. Do your homework before the interview. I will explain this in detail later as a major point;
2. Before the interview, do your homework well. Take care of yourself, girls can put on makeup, boys can also arrange their hair and smile in the mirror. No matter how dissatisfied you are with your appearance, you should feel that you are the most beautiful and beautiful in the mirror at this moment. Excellent, try to go out in a happy mood. If there is sunshine, you can also bathe in the sunshine and smile at the blue sky;
3. When you arrive at the interview venue, if you are easily nervous If you are a person, then don’t care about the actions of the people around you, because caring too much about their actions will make you anxious. Try to be quiet and tell yourself silently in your heart that you are the best:
4. When entering the examination room, keep smiling. When you first see the interviewer, look directly at the interviewer. Your eyes should be firm, don’t be confused, feel embarrassed, and be confident;
5. Speak You should be calm and confident during the interview. You can slow down your speaking speed appropriately, and boys can lower their voices;
6. You can keep smiling during the interview, of course, if your smile is particularly stiff. , just stop laughing, because forcing a smile will actually have a negative impact on you;
7. Don’t feel that you are shorter than others just because the people around you have higher education than you and the school is better than you. After a while, say your school with the same determination and pride. It is like your family. No matter how poor the conditions are, it is still the place where you were trained. You came from there, so you must know how to be grateful;
8. You can make an appointment with your classmates in the dormitory in advance and ask them to give you some encouragement when you go out before going to the interview. This is what a psychologist taught me. Don’t think it is pretentious. In fact, this kind of external encouragement is still It can help you build confidence.
3. Make adequate preparations
Before my interview, I will first check the basic information of the interviewing unit and the position being interviewed, including his company establishment background, business direction, Core values, corporate culture, as well as the company's future development direction, development plans, and the work content and nature of the position you are interviewing for, etc. If you can check it online, try to read as much as possible to make a comparison between the company and the position. To have a comprehensive understanding, you can also look at the previous interview experience of this company to understand the interview format and the experiences of some interviewers.
If you can find it, you can also check out the company’s previous real interview questions to see the company’s question-setting logic. Another thing is to listen to the company's press conference. In fact, you can get a lot of information from the press conference, including what kind of talents they need and so on.
Finally, if I have the energy to review the professional knowledge related to the position and company I am interviewing, especially some practical political content involving professional knowledge, such as when interviewing with a bank, I will focus on the country. some economic principles and policies, the content of some recent economic conferences, etc.
When looking for a job, I will carry a small notebook with me. Before each interview, I will copy some company and position information that I think are important into my small notebook, so that when I go to the interview On the way, if I have nothing to do, I can take another look. So far, you can check the information of all banks in China from my notebook, which I usually record bit by bit.
Why do you need to make these preparations? First of all, making these preparations can give you a picture of the unit and position in your mind. You can also think carefully about whether you are really suitable for this job;
p>
Secondly, these preparations can increase your self-confidence. In fact, I have already mentioned this in self-confidence. Being fully prepared can bring you self-confidence, because you have the confidence and you understand you. The company you are interviewing for is like two armies confronting each other. Only by knowing yourself and the enemy can you win every battle;
Again, during the interview process, you can use the information you read and the nature of the company and position. to design your answer; finally, it is not ruled out that the interviewer will directly ask questions about the background of the company. When I was interviewing Shenzhen Minsheng Bank, I was directly asked a series of questions such as the time when the company was established, its nature, characteristics, etc. .
4. Find countermeasures from the interviewer
In fact, when you and the interviewer look at each other for the first time, in addition to the interviewer’s first impression of you, you also have The interviewer will also have a first impression, for example, the interviewer is very kind, or very serious, etc. If the interviewer you meet is very kind, then you can relax.
If the interviewer you meet is very serious, then you must subconsciously remind yourself that it is probably a stressful situation, and you may not be able to read any expressions from the interviewer, so be calm. Be calm, it's just a stressful situation. Just because the interviewer is expressionless does not mean that your answer is not good, so don't be nervous.
In addition, a company is likely to have two or three rounds of interviews. In fact, you can find out what qualities of talents the company needs from some of the questions in the previous interview process and some of the interviewer’s reactions. What do they need to prepare you for the subsequent interview?
For example, when I was interviewing Guangdong Mobile, I was asked about mobile websites in previous rounds of interviews. The interviewer gave me the feeling that she cared about this issue very much. , so I judged that this question should be very important. After I went back, I carefully studied the mobile website. As a result, this study helped me a lot in the subsequent interview. Another example is that when I was interviewing with Zhejiang State Development Bank, the written test of the China Development Bank did not test English and business tests, but only the application essay. So I judged that this unit may care more about the interviewer's writing ability, especially in politics. Writing ability. In subsequent interviews, when I was asked about my strengths and experiences, I would emphasize some content related to writing, especially political writing ability.
5. Don’t express yourself too deliberately
The interview is indeed a stage to show yourself, but I think the presentation here is also somewhat open.
First of all, I think that as an interviewer, since he has the ability to represent a company on campus to recruit, he must have certain qualifications. After all, recruiting employees is the key to the development of a company. So I firmly believe that the interviewer I am facing has enough judgment ability. He can understand a lot of your personal abilities from your resume or even the process of you talking to him, without you having to talk too much. Remove the description.
Secondly, don’t blindly show your personal abilities. For example, if the interviewer asks you what literary and artistic talents you have, you don’t need to tell him what social practice awards you have won. I often meet people who work with me. In order to let the interviewer know his ability, the student who was interviewed related some of his specialties to some unanswerable questions. As a bystander, I feel that answering questions blindly in this way means that the article is not on the topic. Your performance was too radical and not grand enough. These specialties of yours could have given you extra points, but now they may have deducted points for you.
Many companies will set up group interviews during interviews. I personally think group interviews are difficult because everyone will have different answers to the same question. It takes such a short time. Getting a consistent answer is not simple.
This is how I view group meetings:
First of all, you should not regard the classmates who are meeting with you as your enemies, treat them as your companions. We are solving a problem together, not fighting each other, otherwise your mentality will become very bad. If possible, you can get to know each other while waiting for the interview, so as to help you have a preliminary understanding of your companions.
Don’t blindly compete to be the LEADER or summary speaker. Be generous and calm. If there is a classmate around you who can summarize better than you and wants to be the summary speaker, you can calmly give it to him. He, the speaker does not represent the person who is promoted; even if you decide that your answer is right, you should also listen to the opinions of the group members around you. Even if their answers are indeed biased in the general direction, they may be wrong in some small details. They also have their own unique points, and these small details can make your group’s answers more perfect;
When discussing, try not to speak too fast or use too sharp words, and speak calmly Convince your peers;
If the final group’s answer is different from yours, don’t show disappointment or frustration, just laugh it off, and give the warmest applause when your group submits the answer. and smile.
I once had a pleasant group interview experience, which makes me feel very NICE when I think about it now. It was the last round of interviews with Zhejiang Construction Bank, and the method was group interview. During the group discussion, I already We summarized a lot. When we were finally selecting representatives to summarize, some students asked me to summarize on behalf of the team.
However, I noticed that there was a very radical classmate in our group. He had always wanted to express himself, but it seemed that he was not happy with HR, so I offered to give that classmate the opportunity to summarize. After everyone agreed, I handed him the summary outline that I had listed. In the end, he summarized it very successfully. At that moment, I suddenly felt very happy. Until now, I still feel that it was the first time I have met in groups so many times. The most enjoyable time ever.
6. Be careful
I think most companies want their employees to be careful, so you must be careful during the interview process and pay more attention to the people and things around you, such as After the interview or written test, check what you have brought with you. Don’t forget anything. When queuing up for the interview, you can pay attention to how many people are in front of you and behind you, and what their gender is. There are also some more subtle things. Places such as whether the tie is worn correctly, whether the clothes are buttoned crookedly, etc.
Some companies will set up some links to assess the interviewer's carefulness while waiting for the interview and during the interview process. This requires you to be more cautious.
Below I will give you two examples of failures that happened to me:
The first example is with Shenzhen Construction Bank. The bank’s face was a group interview. At that time, everyone A numerical code was issued to facilitate HR to record performance. In fact, most students did not pay attention to this numerical code after the interview.
After successfully passing the first test, the first question I was asked on the second test was "What was your code name when you took the first test?" It really caught me off guard at the time; the second example is When I was interviewing at the head office of Guangdong Development Bank, I put my bag on the ground next to my seat. When I went out after the interview, I forgot my bag inside. In the end, HR chased me out and returned the bag to me. I think if something like this happens to you during an interview, your performance will be greatly compromised.
7. If you really fail in the interview, don’t be depressed, be open-minded.
Don’t complain about the interviewing unit or HR. Maybe you are really not suitable for them, but that doesn’t mean You are not excellent, you are just not suitable for them. Smile, get some sleep, the sun will rise the next day, and then continue to face the next opportunity calmly. If your mentality is really very bad, you can talk to a teacher or a psychologist at school. It will do you no harm at all. They will help you find your direction and help you have a better grasp. Your chance.
The above seven points are my little summary of my interview. These are all personal opinions. If you feel that there is something you disagree with, please bear with me. In fact, everyone’s way of finding a job is different. The concepts are all different. I just hope that these summaries of mine can be helpful to the students.
