Those who have passed any one of the basic subjects and four professional subjects shall apply to China Securities Industry Association for a practicing certificate through their company.

The examination subjects are Basic Knowledge of Securities Market, Securities Trading, Securities Investment Fund, Securities Issuance and Underwriting, and Securities Investment Analysis.

First-class qualification certificate of securities business: basic course+two professional courses.

Second-level qualification certificate of securities business: basic courses +4 professional courses.

Securities qualification certificate: basic course+any professional course.

It means that you are not only qualified in two subjects, but also want to work in a securities company. This is a certificate for you to apply for, and individuals cannot apply for it. So now the general securities companies recruit employees, generally have to pass the exam, qualified people.
