Job Description of Manager of Automobile Beauty Shop (Chain Store)

Department: store

Position: Store Manager

Direct superior: general manager

Direct subordinates: deputy store manager (assistant to the store manager), department head and cashier.

Job description:

Responsible for the general manager, responsible for the planned procurement and operation management of the store, and complete the management of business indicators and planned tasks and all daily affairs.

Job responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Knowledge structure: College degree or above, major in automobile maintenance/economic management.

2. Work experience: 3-5 years management experience in tire sales, maintenance, automobile maintenance industry or the same industry. Familiar with the overall business operation process of the store and the business operation relationship between various functional departments, offices and stores at headquarters.

3. Ability requirements: Proficient in computer operation and familiar with all kinds of office software. Familiar with Internet applications. Master the company's rules and regulations, and be able to formulate, implement and execute plans accordingly.
