(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

8. Others that do not meet the requirements for registration.
Third, introduce the procedure.
(1) Sign up. This registration is conducted by online registration. Candidates can log on to Jiyuan Personnel Examination Network from 8: 00 on February 7, 2020 to 9: 00 on February 2020 17: 30, and upload their electronic photos (recent bareheaded front photos, in jpg format, with high aspect ratio when made with photo software. At the time of registration, applicants should carefully read the announcement, instructions and letter of commitment for good faith, and the submitted application materials should be true and accurate.
(2) qualification examination. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction. 1. Online Qualification Examination
The talent office of the demonstration area and the human resources and social security bureau of the demonstration area are responsible for the online preliminary examination of the application and the uploading of electronic photos. The deadline for preliminary qualification examination is 2020 12+00. After submitting an application and uploading an electronic photo, the applicant should log on to the original registration website in time to see if it has passed the preliminary qualification examination. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications can print the registration form of talents introduced by institutions in Jiyuan Demonstration Zone in 2020. If the application materials are incomplete or the electronic photos do not meet the requirements, candidates should supplement or replace them in time and submit them again for review as required.
2. On-site qualification examination and confirmation
Participants in the interview need to conduct on-site qualification review and confirmation before the interview (the time and place of on-site qualification review and confirmation will be notified separately), which will be reviewed by the Talent Office of the demonstration area in conjunction with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the demonstration area. Failure to conduct on-site qualification examination and confirmation within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver. 4. Examination. Determine the examination form according to the number of applicants and qualification examination, and introduce professional and technical personnel with full-time doctoral degrees and deputy senior titles or above through interviews, assessment visits or direct visits; Full-time graduate students and full-time undergraduate students implement interview or written examination. For example, the written test will take the following subjects: professional ability test and application (professional ability test and basic knowledge of public affairs). (3) Physical examination and inspection. According to the effective examination results, the number of positions to be introduced from high score to low score is 1 1. (4) publicity and employment. Probation period 1 year, those who pass the examination after the probation period are officially employed, and may not be transferred out of the employer within 3 years; If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment will be cancelled.
Fourth, policy treatment.
The imported personnel are included in the establishment of the enterprise, are the formal employees of the importing unit, and enjoy the prescribed wages and benefits. At the same time, enjoy the following talent introduction support policies according to regulations.
(1) Management positions of public institutions. Full-time doctoral students with more than 2 years' experience in grassroots work experience and more than 5 years' experience will enjoy the salary of the staff of Grade 6 in the management of public institutions, and will be arranged with posts of Grade 7 and above according to the conditions. Full-time doctoral students who do not meet the above conditions (including the graduates of 2020) enjoy the salary of the staff of Grade 7 in the management of public institutions, with a probation period of 1 year; After the probation period expires and the examination is qualified, they will enjoy the salary of the staff of Grade 6 in the management of public institutions, and arrange posts of Grade 7 and above according to the conditions.
