1 1 The Organizing Committee of China International Beer Festival declares that all participating enterprises will not charge any recruitment fees.

In order to maintain the reputation of Oktoberfest and stop illegal intermediaries from engaging in so-called "recruitment" activities in the name of Oktoberfest,1kloc-0/The Organizing Committee of China International Oktoberfest will join hands with participating wine merchants and relevant media and departments to effectively prevent any unit or intermediary from openly recruiting "Oktoberfest staff" in the name of the Organizing Committee of Oktoberfest and safeguard the vital interests of the masses. Now the organizing committee officially declares as follows:

The 1 1 China International Beer Festival, co-sponsored by China National Light Industry Federation and Dalian Municipal Government, is scheduled to be held in Xinghai Square from July 30th to August 20th, 2009. Under the unified arrangement and requirements of the Oktoberfest Organizing Committee, all participating wine merchants and participating units shall not charge any fees to the applicants when recruiting staff for Oktoberfest. Anyone who charges any nominal fee will be regarded as forgery. Once found, the organizing Committee will resolutely investigate and crack down with relevant law enforcement departments.
