The Process and Form of Unified Recruitment Examination for State Grid

The national grid unified recruitment is divided into one batch and two batches, and there are two exam opportunities. The recruitment process is: announcement-online registration-qualification examination-written examination-interview-physical examination-publicity.

oral examination

The written test adopts computer test, taking electrician as an example. The written examination includes professional knowledge (80%) and public and industry knowledge (20%), the written examination time is 180 minutes, the number of questions is 165, and the questions are single choice, multiple choice and judgment.

Interview exam

The interview format is structured, semi-structured and leaderless group discussion. The interview results are generally notified within two days to one week after the end, and the situation varies from place to place, depending on the actual situation.

Calculation method of total test score

The calculation method of the total test score = 65% of the written test score+35% of the interview score.
