What major is good for recruiting office directors and secretaries?

Recruitment of office director mainly depends on organizational ability, coordination ability and emergency response ability. It does not necessarily have to be a major. The decision will still be made after your interview and probation period. As for secretaries, it is generally better to have a secretarial major. At least they can write articles in a standardized and organized manner and have received formal training. However, if the industry you are engaged in is very professional and technical terms are often used, it is better to find someone with a related major and who is good at writing.
