I. General requirements

(2) Basic principles.

Type of examination. Starting from the first-year students of ordinary high schools who enrolled in the fall of 2022, the general high school academic level examination will be fully implemented. The results of qualified examination are the main basis for students to graduate, identify the equivalent academic ability of ordinary high schools and examine the qualifications of ordinary college entrance examination; Choose test scores as one of the basis for enrollment in colleges and universities.

Examination subjects. The qualified examination covers all the learning subjects stipulated in the national curriculum plan, including Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages (including listening), ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology, information technology, general technology, music, physical education and health, art 14 subjects. The elective courses include politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry and biology.

Examination content. The content of the examination is based on the National Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools issued by the Ministry of Education. Ordinary senior high schools implement students' comprehensive quality evaluation, guide students to record their growth process realistically, and form students' comprehensive quality evaluation files on the basis of sorting out selection, publicity and confirmation, and auditing and signing, so as to ensure the objectivity and truthfulness of the file materials.

Evaluate usage. According to the requirements of talent training and the characteristics of running a school, colleges and universities formulate scientific and standardized methods for evaluating students' comprehensive quality and announce them to the public in advance, and take the evaluation of students' comprehensive quality as an important reference for enrollment.

(6) Deepen the reform of unified examination enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities.

From 2025, ordinary colleges and universities will evaluate enrollment and admission according to the results of the national unified college entrance examination and the ordinary high school level examination, with reference to comprehensive quality.

Reform mode. Instead of dividing liberal arts into subjects, the model of "3+ 1+2" is adopted: "3" is the three national unified examination subjects of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages (including English, Russian, Japanese, French, German and Spanish); "1" is the preferred subject, and candidates choose1from physics and history; "2" is a re-selected subject, and candidates choose two subjects independently from ideological and political, geography, chemistry and biology.

Examination arrangement. Admission method. The enrollment of unified examinations in colleges and universities is planned, marked and filed according to the two categories of physics and history, and enrollment is divided into two stages: undergraduate and junior college.
