What are the consequences of doing cleaning for free and not leaving your job?

The laborer terminates the labor contract in violation of the provisions of this law.

If a laborer leaves his job directly without going through the formalities of resignation, and the laborer terminates the labor contract in violation of the provisions of this Law, thus causing losses to the employing unit, he shall be liable for compensation. If an employee leaves his job, he may not be able to handle social security transfer and other matters without the certificate of termination of the labor contract, and he needs to go back to the original employer for resignation procedures.

Article 38 of the Labor Contract Law exists in the employing unit. You can leave your job immediately after you propose to dissolve the labor relationship in writing, without the consent of the employer, and you can demand to pay the remaining salary and economic compensation (every job 1 year 1 month salary) and go through the resignation procedures.
