(3) Registration requirements and precautions

(4) Qualification review

The full interview score is 100 points. According to the order of interview scores from high scores to low scores, professional testers will be determined in a ratio of 1:4.

2. Professional quality test

It is conducted in the form of a trial broadcast. The main content of the trial broadcast is: simulated broadcasting, simulated hosting and audition video. The full score for the pilot is 100 points.

3. Determine the person to be hired

Based on the overall score from high to low, one person to be hired will be selected for inspection.

(6) Inspection and physical examination

1. Inspection. The administrative department of the employer shall, together with the employer, organize a comprehensive inspection of the personnel to be hired. Mainly examine their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, and actual work situation.

2. Physical examination. The county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the administrative department of the employer shall organize physical examinations for the personnel to be hired after examination and inspection.
