Is Chengdu Guanghua Technical School public or private?

Baidu Encyclopedia shows that Chengdu Guanghua Technical School (hereinafter referred to as Guanghua Technical School) is a technical school officially approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. There are two campuses, Longquan and Gaoxin.

There are nearly 20 professors and associate professors in the school, more than 30 of whom have master's degrees or above. There are more than 50 "double-qualified" teachers, and dozens of professors, experts and enterprise managers have been hired as visiting professors. The funding policies of Chengdu Guanghua Technical School include national scholarships, national grants, difficult grants, school scholarships and enterprise grants.
