Have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post. Fresh graduates should graduate before 2002165438+February 3 1 and obtain corresponding academic degrees. Graduates studying in foreign teaching and research institutions in the same period refer to overseas students studying in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduating from domestic fresh graduates in the same period. The time requirement for graduation in the same period is the same as that for domestic fresh graduates.
Students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and our province.

Time, place and method of registration
Applicants register through the "Open Recruitment Platform for Institutions in Jiangsu Province", and photo uploading, qualification preliminary examination and payment confirmation are all carried out simultaneously through the network.

1. After submitting the registration information online for 24 hours, applicants can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department.
2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.
3. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification on time and upload photos online are deemed invalid.
Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in relevant information according to the job requirements and online prompts, and upload their recent two-inch bareheaded photo, in jpg format, with the size below 20Kb. The recruitment department conducts audit according to the information provided by the candidates. Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. This recruitment is a long-term recruitment position, and there is no test opening ratio. 7 working days after the announcement, according to the registration situation, organize the assessment by yourself. The position stops when it is full.
3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period. Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.
4. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Applicants who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations, close in-laws relationship and other kinship relationships that must be avoided shall not apply for management positions with direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship, and positions that are required to be avoided in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions. If the person in charge of the employing unit and the open recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of open recruitment, they should withdraw.

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
title examination
Before the exam, our school will examine the qualifications of candidates, and candidates are required to submit the following originals and copies: 1. The highest education, degree certificate, identity card and professional and technical post qualification certificate; 2. Domestic fresh graduates should provide graduates' two-way employment recommendation form uniformly printed by the provincial education administrative department issued by their institutions, and those who have obtained the highest academic degree abroad should provide foreign academic degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
Evaluation method
The assessment method for all positions is interview, and the total assessment score = interview score × 100%. The interview was conducted in accordance with the method formulated by Jiangsu University, which mainly tested the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform the job responsibilities. The qualified line of interview results is 70 points, and those below 70 points will not be hired. Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of the candidates is determined according to the calculation method of the total score, and the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, and the physical examination must be completed within 30 working days.
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results. The list of candidates to be hired will be publicized on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, job name, name of candidate to be hired, education background, major, current work unit and current study unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking and supervision and reporting telephone number, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or causes other vacancies, it will be replenished in turn according to the total score.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated. If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years, they shall serve in the school for at least 3 years in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law.
