According to the spirit of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province (Renji Shefa [2011] No.9) issued by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, 40 staff members were openly recruited for the society with the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the recruitment principle

Three. Recruitment conditions, positions and number of people

(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

(3) Registration requirements: Each applicant can only apply for one position. Applicants need to fill in the registration form, which can be downloaded and printed from the internet, and bring their valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate, qualification certificate and the original and photocopy of relevant materials. (5) Examination
1, written test
(1) The written test is a professional comprehensive theory test. No test book was specified. Total written test score 100.
(2) Written test time: The specific time and place of written test for candidates will be notified on the hospital website.
(3). Written examination organization. The written examination is organized by the personnel department of the hospital. Entrust experts from other provinces or medical colleges in this province to combine the proposition with the question bank, which is supervised by the discipline inspection department of the hospital.
Step 2 interview
(1). Time and place of interview: further notice.
(2) interview method. It mainly tests the comprehensive quality and clinical practice skills of candidates. The interview adopts a percentage system and is graded on the spot.
(3). Total score synthesis. After the interview, the total score of the exam is calculated according to the written test results and interview results, with the full score of 100 and the minimum qualified score of 60. Among them, the written test scores and interview scores account for 50% respectively, that is, the total score = written test scores ×50%+ interview scores ×50%. When calculating the examinee's score, keep two decimal places.
(6) Physical examination and evaluation
According to the total test scores of candidates, among those above the minimum qualified line, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. Physical examination is organized by the hospital. If the medical examination is unqualified, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled, and candidates who apply for the same position with the minimum qualified score above will be replenished from high score to low score.
(7) Publicity
According to the examination, physical examination and assessment of the candidates, the employer will determine the candidates to be hired through collective research and publicize them on the provincial people's social welfare department and the website of the unit for 7 working days.
(8) Employment
If the problems reflected in the publicity are serious and there is evidence, and they do not meet the employment conditions, the qualifications of the candidates to be hired will be cancelled, and those who apply for the same post with a total score above the passing line will be replenished from high score to low score; To reflect the serious problem but difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion; If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or it is verified that there is no problem affecting the employment, fill in the Approval Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province in triplicate, together with the recruitment report, candidate roster, examination results, physical examination, assessment materials and related documents, and report to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for relevant examination and approval procedures according to procedures. The employed personnel shall be given a probation period according to the relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be calculated in the employment contract period.
