PVC floor construction (I) and GRC partition board installation technology

1. Preparation of construction materials:

According to the size of the engineering drawings, the GRC light laths and various laths are prefabricated and transported to the site, and the stacking area is required to be flat. When stacking, the plates shall be placed neatly according to different specifications, matched with the plates, and the vertical angle shall be as vertical as possible.

2. Building tools:

Steel tape measure, chalk wire bag, small hammer, cutting machine, nail, big kitchen knife, ash bucket, mud scraper, wire hammer, aluminum alloy ruler (2m long) crowbar, board saw, gray board, wooden wedge, etc.

3. Work preparation:

After the building structure is completed, the plates will be transported to the site for standby according to the design requirements.

At the position where the installation line pops up on the bottom of the beam slab where GRC needs to be installed, the edge line of GRC board pops up with ink lines.

Clean the installation floor and chisel the protruding part flat.

Prepare cement mortar, and the weight ratio of cement mortar is: fine sand: cement: = 3: 1.

4. When the slats are installed.

First, lift the slats laterally to the position where the installation line on the bottom of the beam slab bounces, smear all bonding surfaces with prepared cement mortar, and make corners on both sides; Installation sequence; No door opening, installed from outside to inside, with a door opening extending from the door opening to both sides. The whole board should be used beside the door hole. When the board is erected, one person pushes it at one side, and the other person pries it up with a wide-mouth crowbar below, and pries it at the top and sides to squeeze the gap. It is advisable to squeeze out glue.

When pushing the board, we should pay attention to whether the slats deviate from the played installation sideline, and correct them with vertical lines and aluminum alloy rulers in time to make the board flat and straight.

After installing the first lath, it is advisable to check that the bonding gap between the column side plates is not more than15 mm. After passing the inspection, wedge the bottom and top of the lath with a wooden wedge and scrape off the extruded cement mortar with a scraper. On the basis of installing the first board, install the whole wallboard lath according to the method of the first board.

5. Main devices with a height exceeding 3.3m:

The longest specification of lightweight board is 3.2m, and the bending strength of 90mm board can exceed 2000N. According to the bending strength and impact resistance of 90mm plate, it can be installed in a gap less than 4m by general adhesive bonding.

(2) Bonding at the joint of plates: measure small plates over 3.2m and cut them with a cutting machine. Staggered length and vertical assembly shall be implemented. The installation method should still be carried out according to the above construction method. The installation of partitions with gaps exceeding 4m requires special structural design.

Combination therapy:

Joint treatment of two plates with double dovetail groove: the cement mortar at the joint of the two plates must be fully squeezed, and the extra mortar squeezed out should be scraped flat in time. When the cement mortar at the joint and the wallboard are plastered after drying, the treatment tank at the edge of the adjustment board must be treated together.

(2) Treatment of bottom seam of beam and slab: Due to the manufacturing error of lath length and the template error of beam-column bottom height, the gap between upper and lower seam is generally within the range of 3-8cm. This gap can be filled with cement mortar, slab head, bricks and other hard objects, but it is not allowed to keep the settlement gap of 1cm with the beam gap by compaction. The mortar at the lower corner of the beam is compacted with a circular plastering plate, and the decorative surface is elastic when it is treated.

7. Door and window nodes:

The reserved wallboard for doors, windows and holes shall be made of whole plates (including tenons and grooves) on both sides of the door frame according to actual needs. If one side of the door is close to the concrete column, nail the angle steel into the concrete column at the top corner of the door opening, and the position should be accurate to support the slats at the top of the door.

(It is suggested that the turning and T-joints of doors and windows should be connected with steel wire mesh, which is an effective measure to avoid cracking of slatted joints of doors and windows under external force).

Doors and windows lintel plate shall not exceed1.200mm; When it exceeds 1.200mm, special structural design shall be carried out; Door frames, window frames and wallboard should be connected by special components; The gap between the door frame and the wallboard should be filled with sticky putty; No drilling or punching is allowed within one week after the installation of the lath, so as to avoid vibration cracking of the plate due to insufficient curing time of the adhesive.
