Recruitment of Dongguan Zinc Alloy Die Casting Factory

There are too many pits on the way to Dongguan to work. Not only can you not make money, but you will also be cheated by the black intermediary.

Discover all kinds of problems in work and life, tell the real events in the factory, grow up with many migrant workers, witness that work and life are not easy, and creation is not easy to welcome attention.

Young people go out to work and are strangers in other places. They are always deceived by various "black-hearted intermediaries" and "black factories". When recruiting, all they said was hype. Once something goes wrong, the intermediary immediately runs away and disappears, leaving only young migrant workers to cry silently.

Migrant workers must first protect themselves when they go out. This is the experience and lesson summed up by a migrant worker who has been wandering outside for ten years.

Last year 10, my friends and I saw the recruitment information of the intermediary. Shanghai's large car companies recruit one hour and twenty-six, sign contracts for half a year, and guarantee 270 hours a month. We were immediately moved when we saw the recruitment information. We were fooled by the intermediary, got on the bus at eight o'clock in the evening and rushed all the way to Shanghai. The fare 150, we promise to return the fare after one week.

As a result, when I went to work in the factory, I first had to pay a medical examination fee of 100 yuan at my own expense. I just asked the agent vaguely. Since I'm here, I have to go to work first. Fortunately, the interview went well. The automobile company is a die casting factory. Mainly making Huawei mobile phone cases, when assigning workstations, a fellow villager was assigned to the heat treatment workshop, where the highest temperature reached 30 degrees and he was sweating during the day. The fellow villagers left their jobs directly and went to Guangzhou to work.

My friend and I were assigned to the grinding workshop, holding a small grinder to deburr the phone case. The working environment is so bad that we have to bring earplugs. The grinder is so noisy that my arms are numb after holding it all day. The burr on the mobile phone shell is easy to scratch your fingers if you are not careful. If I hadn't spent 500 yuan on my work, I really wanted to turn around and run. It's really a pit.

Moreover, the factory does not treat hourly workers as human beings. Once something goes wrong, the intermediary completely ignores it.

At that time, friends and colleagues got together and went back to sleep on the upper bunk of the dormitory after drinking. I accidentally stepped on the empty bunk and fell directly from the upper bunk, hitting my head on the corner of the table. I fainted on the spot. I woke up in a daze and found. When I was busy, I began to call the housekeeper and ambulance, but the housekeeper didn't enter the room at all, just watched from a distance, afraid of taking responsibility. I went in and tried to pat my friend on the face before waking him up.

The first sentence after the intermediary came, "Why don't you fall to death?"

My friend, a man in his twenties, cried on the spot and finally spent more than 0/000 yuan on medical expenses at home. People in the community management office talked to me and said that if an hourly worker had an accident in the dormitory, the factory would not have to bear any responsibility, only the intermediary would bear the responsibility. If there is an accident in the workshop, both the factory and the intermediary should bear half the responsibility.

It was originally a six-month contract, but Huawei was suddenly sanctioned by the United States and canceled the mobile phone contract. The factory immediately canceled the contract with the hourly worker, forcing us to sign a self-resignation contract. At that time, we asked the intermediary for a contract for half a year, and it was cancelled in three months. The intermediary prevaricated and couldn't come up with a statement. Some hourly workers want to go to the labor bureau for arbitration, but too few people agree. Two or three people didn't work at all, so we had to leave sadly.

When I left, I heard that during the summer vacation, the factory had just recruited a group of hourly workers and was ready to start production. I didn't expect to cancel the order temporarily. After only three days, the hourly workers were temporarily cancelled by the factory without any compensation. I can only admit that I'm unlucky.

First, don't believe what the intermediary and the factory say.

My hometown is Nanyang, Henan, and Henan itself is a big province of migrant workers. Now there are more than 40 million people working outside Henan. Generally speaking, they will be busy with farm work at home when they are busy, and then go out to work when they are free. Generally choose to work as an hourly worker or dispatch worker in the factory.

When choosing a factory, fellow villagers must choose a factory they are familiar with, and at least understand the salary and working environment, otherwise they will only go to a factory with high salary. The reality is that factories with high wages generally can't recruit people, so they raise wages. Nothing for nothing. I have been cheated twice.

Second, the intermediary and the factory wear a pair of trousers, and the hourly contract is useless.

The intermediary is attached to the factory to recruit workers, and dare not offend the factory. Knowing that the factory is the overlord clause, it can only hold its nose and admit that it does not dare to speak for hourly workers at all. Once an hourly worker has an accident, he is a child without parents and can only be bullied by others.

Third, high hourly wages are generally not good jobs?

The Suzhou Electronics Factory where I work earns the highest hourly wage, 33 yuan, and I can easily get 10,000 yuan a month. Many villagers in Henan come to work in factories. On the first day of work, the line leader asked the hourly worker to jump into the waste water pool to wash the washing machine. As a result, two-thirds of the hourly workers left on the first day.

The next day, the factory began to recruit a large number of people, and then people kept walking, losing the hourly workers themselves.

Xiao Wang, a migrant worker: There is no guarantee for hourly workers. Usually, it seems that the salary is very high, but in fact, the average salary is more than 6,000 a month. Many times, the price is high in two months and low in one month. On average, they spend up to 5500 yuan a month. So I still don't want immediate interests, and try to go to a big factory to do formal work. Although five insurances and one gold have been paid, there is a certain guarantee. In fact, the money earned by the intermediary is 5 thousand yuan.

Xiao Song, a migrant worker: Migrant workers choose to go to work in factories, and try to choose some big factories with good welfare, because the wages of big factories are more transparent and not easy to be deceived. After the epidemic, I went to work in a big factory in Suzhou. Because of subsidies, I got more than 8 thousand a month. In June, I got a bonus of 4,000 yuan, averaging 9,000 yuan a month. I will never do an hourly job again.
