I. Main responsibilities

1, study and formulate the party building plan of the city's education system and guide its implementation. To be responsible for the investigation and study of major issues concerning Party building in the city's education system, put forward opinions and suggestions to the Municipal Party Committee, and make decisions on relevant issues within the scope of its functions and powers.

2, responsible for guiding the city's education system, the party's grassroots organization construction and party member team construction. Guide the ideological and political construction of the city's education system, as well as school moral education, spiritual civilization construction, publicity and education. To guide the relevant work of mass organizations such as trade unions, youth league committees and women's federations in the city's education system.

Second, the main departments

1. office: mainly responsible for the important party affairs, government affairs and business work of the comprehensive coordination bureau. Usually, I am also responsible for drafting work plans and making work summaries.

2. Policy and Regulation Section: it is mainly responsible for conducting strategic research on comprehensive education reform and development in China, conducting policy research on relevant major issues, and formulating corresponding laws and regulations.

3. Personnel Department: it is mainly responsible for the personnel management of the national education system and related teacher rotation, as well as the usual reform of the personnel management system and the usual identification of teacher qualification certificates.

4. Finance Department: It mainly formulates measures for the management of education funds, puts forward relevant policies and regulations, and statistically supervises the investment of national education funds and the implementation of corresponding plans.
