1) Manuscript part: 1. Standard size for business card printing: single card 90×54mm. However, when making business cards, you need to add 1.0mm of bleed at the top, bottom, left and right, so your production size must be set to: 92×56mm. For folding cards (90×95mm~90×111mm or 54×180mm) and irregular ones, just add 1.0mm to the top, bottom, left and right accordingly. At the same time, it is necessary to indicate the size of the finished product, the position of the fold line and whether to press the line, etc. 2. Size of A4 color page leaflet: 210×285mm. However, plus the bleeding of 2mm on the top, bottom, left and right, your production size must be set to: 214×289mm. 3. There is no need to draw cross lines and cutting lines when the manuscript is completed. 2) Text (number) part: 1. The layout of product content should be more than 2mm away from the cutting line to avoid text being cut during cutting. 2. After the manuscript is confirmed, the text should be converted into curves (paths, outlines) to avoid garbled characters and missing words due to inability to find fonts during output plate making. If it is a text box, please convert it into artistic fonts and then convert it into curves. 3. Please do not use system characters when inputting text. If you use it, it will cause white nodes at the intersection of strokes. 3) Color part: 1. The printing color of the finished product cannot be determined by the color of the screen or inkjet draft. When making the file, the color filling must be determined according to the percentage of the CMYK color standard. If the color requirements are strict, please use a four-color electronic Proofing and finalization. 2. Due to the small amount of cards, it is a type of imposition printing. When the same image is printed at different times (the ink volume control will be different each time), there will be some color differences. The color difference is normal within ten percent and should not be used. Reason for return. 3. Please try to avoid using a combination of dark or full-color colors for the color block, otherwise back printing and burrs will easily occur when cutting after printing. Due to the small quantity of business card printing, it is difficult to ensure consistency and no ink spots if there are large areas of color on the front and back of the business card. This cannot be used as a reason for return. (It is recommended to use matte glue for all large color blocks) 4. The setting of the shading or background color should not be lower than 8, so as to avoid the finished product not showing up when printing. 5. Do not use overprinting for all color fillings (especially in reverse white, if overprinted, the finished product will be completely lost), except for special printing requirements. 6. Images and photos should be produced in CMYK mode and saved in TIFF file format. Do not import them in PSD file format. If you use CoreIDRAW to design business cards, please convert all input images, POWERCLIP objects, separate drop shadows and fill them with transparency or filter materials, and then convert them to bitmaps again. The color setting is CMYK32-bit, the resolution is 350dpi, and anti-aliasing compensation and transparent background use color profiles are all checked to avoid the need to rotate the composition output sometimes and cause mosaic images. If you reduce the bitmap by adjusting nodes, please also convert the bitmap again to avoid partial coverage during output. If you use FreeHand or Illustrator to design your business card and the picture is linked, please attach the picture. It is recommended to embed the picture in the file. 4) Drawing part: 1. For all input or self-drawn lines, color blocks and other graphics, the thickness of the line frame should not be set less than 0.1mm, otherwise the printed product will have broken lines or cannot be rendered. (If the color is a gray wire frame, it is recommended to fill it with 30 mesh and a line of 0.176mm or more) 2. If the wire frame is set to "scale with the image", please check it carefully after finishing the draft, otherwise you may be afraid of it being printed. Form an irregular wireframe. 3. When the gradient object is placed in the frame for precise cutting, please convert it to a bitmap, because if the placed frame is grouped with other objects and then rotated, the gradient direction will not rotate together. 4. The "edge width" cannot be set for any gradient object. Because the output machine has different interpretations, sometimes the edges of the gradient will be insufficiently filled. 5) Inspection before submission: 1. Confirm that the manuscript is to be printed. Do not lock all objects in the document. Do not use the background color of the page or the page base image as the base of the manuscript.
